Pros: Good size comfortable room, helpful staff and reasonable facilities
Cons: Walls between rooms not well soundproofed and noise of tv and snoring was disturbing
Pros: The room was great
Cons: The bar closed before eleven even though we were under the impression it would be open for a night cap. We were able to take a drink to the room but was not quite the same
Pros: A wonderful hotel, room very comfortable, staff very helpful, food was fantastic a very high standard. Although we didn't use the pool it looked inviting.A perfect location for a holiday break in the New Forest, only 5 minutes walk from Lyndhurst and less to be in the Forest. It's not often you find a hotel that ticks all the boxes, very impressed. We will return.
Pros: Friendly staff, great pool, excellent location and comfortable rooms and surroundings. would recommend to friends and family.
Cons: The information packs/leaflets regarding near by attractions which are located by the pool could be in the reception area. The breakfast buffet should include the cooked breakfast items as is the norm in most higher rated hotels, to ensure choice and value for money.
Pros: The location was ideal for forest, shops, local pubs and restaurants.
Cons: The room was too small and hot.
Pros: Very clean room, prompt and friendly service, close to centre of Lyndhurst, provision of good travel cot for our 10 week old, ground floor room requested and recieved
Cons: Although the room had been renovated recently, although not uncomfortable I think the beds were a little dated (linnen was fine)
