Pros (+) pretty original beams in the room. Reasonably comfortable bed. Lovely dining/pub downstairs. Lovely staff.
Cons (-) The room needed some deeper cleaning (cobwebs), but mostly things were just worn down and in need of repair, or replacement at a higher quality. Bad tile work in the bathroom, a dangerous step as you entered the room, not very nice coffee/tea setup, window that did not function properly.
