Pros (+) Pet friendly. Where other hotels wanted to charge us $100 to bring our pets for the night, Westin happily welcomed our two small dogs. Breakfast was also good. Highly recommend this hotel.

Pros (+) The bathroom was large with a rainfall showerhead which was amazing. The bed was inviting and comfortable. Complementary Starbucks coffee in the room, my favorite too, Pike Place Coffee!
Cons (-) The Lobby near the bar area had a section of the floor that had no tile but an extremely sticky blacktop flooring. It seemed like it was the underlay to the tile flooring. Very strange and odd to be walking on something like that in the Lobby.

Pros (+) The hotel is close and looks nice. The room was nice and clean. Comfortable beds.
Cons (-) Only there for a few hours due to a missed flight. Staff were nice but didn't go the extra mile to help. I was tired and hadn't slept in 24 hours. Pros (+) Staff was very friendly & helpful. I requested a room away from elevators and it was granted. Also recieved a free 2pm check out. Loved the bathroom especially the Kolher square rainforest shower head.
Cons (-) Tv signal keep going in& out so I had to use my tablet instead. But wifi is free on weekends so no worries :)
