Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore the city and access nearby attractions, food, and transportation. The staff received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and accommodating service. Cleanliness was another highlight, with many guests describing their rooms as spotless and well-maintained. The hotel was also considered a great value for the price, offering comfortable beds and a peaceful atmosphere despite being in a busy area. A few negative comments were noted about room maintenance, management attitude, and the lack of an elevator, but overall, positive experiences far outweighed the negatives.
