Temperature control was missing its knobs/buttons so we couldn't change temp. Despite being Hilton Honors members, we were given a tiny room that overlooked windows from the passageway! So we couldn't keep our curtains open as there was a direct view into our room from the passage that went all around in a square.

Pros (+) I liked the location - proximity to Heathrow airport, and I loved the cookies.
Cons (-) I did not like the fact that on the second day of our stay the towels were not replaced, and the used teacups and glasses were not removed and replaced. A cup of tea on our second day would have been pleasant, but was denied.
