Your reservation was not received on the Enterprise branch. They had to bring a car from elsewhere. They made me a discount.

The staff was very friendly and efficient both at pickup and drop off. When we picked up the car the staff person assisting us did the processing outside at the car. This would be OK in nice weather but it was raining when we picked up. Suggest that the procedure be done as much undercover as possible when weather is bad.

Pick up was easy. Customer service was impeccable. Value for money was excellent. And the drop off was simple and quick. Will DEFINITELY use Enterprise again whenever we travel overseas.

Heathrow Enterprise rentalIt's so easy to rent at Heathrow Enterprise- the bus picks me up on street level and drives me and my bags to the enterprise rental agency- less than a 4 minute drive AND the drivers are always personable.

Excellent customer service, no wait time.Personnel were very customer focused and thier goal was to get you in the car and on your way to your destination. Return of car and transport to airport was the quickest and easiest we have experienced at any major airport.Nothing.

Car condition poor and difficultThe car had 30,000 miles and was covereved in small dents and scratches. I questioned this with the rep. Who was helpful and she used a small plastic template stating only large damage is considered material. However when i rerurned the car a different rep started examining every tiny scratch with NO TEMPLATE in sight. I looked after the car and all the damage was on there. After some arguing she agreed. But i will not fo back, ill use Sixt where you get none of this rubbish and much newer cars.

Required to keep the parcel cover in the carCar was in great shape, clean, and large enough to hold everyone comfortably. The Heathrow shuttle was big enough to carry us and all our bags and was ready to go when we were. Signing the rental agreement and returning went quicklyThe car we rented (Ford S-Max) had seats for 7 people. We needed six seats and planned on folding the other one down for our bags. However, the car also has a parcel cover, which is fairly long (about four feet) and goes right where the head of the back row passenger sits. I asked Enterprise if we could leave it behind in the office because it would take up too much room or be in the way. They refused to let us do that, and said it had to stay with the car. It meant the back seat passenger had this bar/ luggage cover in their lap for most of our trip. I mentioned this to the agent when returning the car, and he gave me his contact info and said he would ensure we get an upgrade if we ever rent there again.

Quick and EfficientI received an upgraded vehicle. The staff were very pleasant.I booked through CarTrawler who themselves wherever good. The only probably with booking through an agency is that it is very difficult if not impossible. The upside is that the rates are very good.

In comparison to EuropcarCustomer service was excellent at Alamo, having rented from Europcar twice and on each occasion experienced a truly awful customer experience this was a pleasant surprise. I will never rent from Europcar again, Alamo has my business

Car hire excess insurance in Hounslow

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) & Theft Protection Waiver

Collision damage waiver and theft protection are insurance options that cover renters from paying high penalty fees if the car is stolen or returned damaged. Some Hounslow car providers already include Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Theft Protection Waiver into the rental price but not all of them. We recommend always be aware of your coverage when renting a car in in Hounslow.

Deductible

Keep in mind that car hire excess insurances often have a deductible clause, which is the amount you’ll have to pay if something happens during the time of your rental. If you want to avoid unwanted surprises, you should consider adding a no-deductible option to your Hounslow car rental.

Top tips for renting a car in Hounslow

  • The large town of Hounslow lies between London and Heathrow Airport making it a vital part of the city’s infrastructure. It may have good public transport links but only with a car hire in Hounslow can you have the ultimate experience of freedom and flexibility to travel where you want, when you want. If you enjoy long drives, visit the City of Winchester. Once the capital of England, it and its famous cathedral lie about 55 miles southwest along the M3 and is a treat for history buffs.
  • If you’re visiting Hounslow by plane, London Heathrow Airport (LHR) is less than five miles away and a perfect place to reserve your Hounslow car hire to get your explorations off to an immediate start. There are several hire car companies servicing the various Heathrow Airport terminals, including Budget, National and Avis and all are easy to find once you exit the Customs Area at the Arrivals Hall. A reservation made well in advance of your trip is essential, even more so during the peak summer season.
  • The geography of Hounslow makes it a haven for heavy-duty traffic and you shouldn’t be surprised if there are bottlenecks along key roads at various times during the day. Travelling along the M4 in either direction could spell trouble trying to penetrate the outskirts of the town while the A4 (Great West Road) and A316 (Chertsey Road) are vulnerable to congestion in the downtown area. Cyclists, motorbikes and pedestrians are plentiful here, so always be on your guard.
  • If you’re staying in downtown Hounslow, always have escape routes handy lest you get caught up in the 06:00-09:00 rush hour traffic attempting to exit the town for a day of adventure. Afternoon lunch hours (between 13:00 and 15:00), as well as the evening rush hours (18:00-20:00), may present nightmares for unsuspecting drivers. Have your sat nav at the ready in case those alternative routes become necessary.
