Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near the airport, with many highlighting the ease of using the shuttle service. Friendly and helpful staff were frequently mentioned, contributing to a positive experience for many guests. Cleanliness of rooms and public areas was also appreciated. However, some guests noted issues with breakfast quality, amenities like the pool and shuttle scheduling, and occasional unpleasant odors in rooms and hallways. Despite these drawbacks, the overall value and comfort made the hotel a popular choice for short stays and airport access.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) The employee very nice
Cons (-) Smell very bad
Pros (+) The staff was great and location was good
Cons (-) The elevator was quirky and had no visible approval certification. The room smelled like cat urine. Not sure if there was some sort of Air freshener in the wall unit. We opened the window to help air it out and make it bearible to sleep in.
Pros (+) The staff was wonderful, room was very nice, breakfast was outstanding!
Cons (-) Location not so nice, but I did not feel threatened at all. As a single, older lady, I came and went at all times of the day and not once was I was afraid. Cameras are everywhere and I saw a security guard during one of my late night/early morning tryst. Will stay here again.
