Pros (+) I have stayed there numerous times during the business week while the rate is higher was mildly surprised to be able to book the hotel on a weekend night for half the normal rate.
Cons (-) half the normal rate means they have reduced many amenities they normally have in place during the week when rates are higher, Free coffee in lobby, bottled water in the rooms, newspapers and so on.
