Pros (+) Excellent Location. Near Rice and the medical center, and just about everything else downtown. A quick Uber ride to anywhere. Has a restaurant and bar. Staff is friendly.
Cons (-) Charges for everything. From self parking to coffee in the morning... everything has a price. The only thing included in the price is the WiFi and TV service.
