Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, convenient location near the city center and river, and the presence of a pool, which many found enjoyable for families and relaxation. However, several reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms, bathrooms, and pool areas, as well as maintenance problems such as lack of hot water and outdated facilities. While the service and location were strong positives, improvements in cleanliness and facility upkeep were frequently suggested.
