Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location and friendly, helpful staff. However, there are frequent complaints about the lack of hot water, cleanliness issues (such as dirty pools and rooms with pests), and disappointing breakfast options. The pool is often mentioned, with some guests finding it enjoyable while others note it was dirty or unavailable. Noise and the absence of an elevator are also recurring concerns. Overall, the hotel is seen as offering good value for its location and service, but improvements are needed in amenities and maintenance.
