Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near metro stations, shopping, and restaurants. The staff received many compliments for their friendliness and helpfulness. Cleanliness was generally appreciated, with several guests noting clean rooms and bedding. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests finding it satisfactory and others mentioning restricted hours or limited options. The most common complaint was about the elevator, which was frequently out of order and caused inconvenience, especially for those on higher floors.
