Pros (+) The staff was responsive but didn't apologize when I asked for a new room. The new room was clean and didn't smell bad, but was a very mediocre room.
Cons (-) The room I was given was uncleaned. The bed was clearly dirty, and two pillows had no cases. The floor had crumbs on it, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, and there were sticky spots on the counter. The whole room smelled like cigarettes. Completely disgusting.
