Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests found the hotel’s location convenient, especially for travel to Singapore and access to local food. However, there were widespread complaints about cleanliness, with many citing dirty rooms, stained linens, and unpleasant odors. Service was frequently described as unfriendly or unhelpful, and amenities such as toiletries, TV, and WiFi were often missing or not functioning. The elevator was repeatedly reported as out of order, causing inconvenience, especially for those assigned to higher floors. While a few guests appreciated the value and room size, the overall experience was marred by poor maintenance and lack of proper management.
