Pros (+) We live in a very small town outside of Belen New Mexico. I was taking my daughters to a comedy show in Austin Texas. We were on a budget and the Sun Valley Motel fit right in it. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable.
Cons (-) There wasn’t a breakfast but there were plenty of places close by to grab breakfast at.

Pros (+) We had the double room, it was clean and had a microwave and fridge. I didn't have breakfast, didn't use the pool or the TV. There is a nice family restaurant across the street.
Cons (-) Noise from people talking loud next door outside all evening. TV from other next door was load too.
