The hotel and staff are utterly fab. Great value for money. Brighton parking is pricey so do your homework before you travel. Don't use the station as it has a dumb thing about 4am. We managed to book a spot in a nearby Sainsburys for just £25 for the weekend. Would recommend and will definitely be back. Thanks!

The fire alarm went off 4 times before midnight and there was no staff direction or information. No evacuation, explanation or fire service. I did not get to sleep after that. Gym and pool were nice and location good.

Cons (-) The room was cold and I called reception to tell them. The man at reception said he would call back as he would check the main system but did not get back to us.

Pros (+) Hotel is located right next to the train station making great access for the Races and the Football. Loads of fab restaurants near by and a 15 min walk to the beach and Lanes. Room very clean and staff very helpful.
Cons (-) Would be great to have a small fridge in the room or an ice machine on the floors. More hangers too please. Also the staff on arrival could be a little better informed about parking - looks like we have somehow paid twice for same parking stay as our on line payment seems to have gone thru but the reg wasn't recognised when we looked to leave. I know this is down to to tha train station and not yo...
