The gym and spa were nice at the end of the day. The location is nice to walk to restaurants and to the Thames. The concierge was helpful in getting a cab to airport and wake up call. The concierge also gave us tips for restaurants. Nice place. Rooftop bar is also nice with views.

The hotel is nice. The bar and other facilities are also nice. The staff do not pick up the phone. They also don’t fulfill promises for things as simple as refilling body wash and shampoo after promising twice. The manager on Aug 16 was sooo disrespectful. The staff in every area could not do enough for you, they were always smiling and helpful, even during busy periods. Breakfast was amazing, such a selection. Pros (+) It was my birthday . There was birthday cake in my room on arrival, we d also asked for a room with a view, our room was over looking the Shard. This was great as my birthday treat was diner at the Shard. Pool and gym was great. Being able to leave our bags before and after check in was great.

Pros (+) Great facilities and location - truly 4 to 5 star. Staff are not outstanding but try to be helpful. Skip the breakfast - a rip off , go to Starbucks instead. easy access to tube and major sights. Great gym !
