Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's onsen and spa facilities, describing them as excellent and relaxing, with many appreciating the variety and 24-hour access. Cleanliness was also highlighted, with several guests noting that rooms and shared spaces were well maintained. The staff received positive remarks for their friendliness and helpfulness, even with language barriers. Many found the hotel to offer good value for the price, and some enjoyed the breakfast options. However, a few guests mentioned issues with noise, room privacy, and some minor inconveniences for foreign visitors, but these did not overshadow the generally positive experience.
