Guests say
Most guests appreciated the friendly and helpful staff and found the location convenient, especially for access to local shops and attractions. However, many reviews expressed strong dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of the hotel, particularly the bathrooms and rooms, citing bad smells, dirt, and outdated facilities. Some guests felt the value for price was just acceptable, while others were disappointed by misleading advertisements and inconsistent amenities. Overall, positives centered on service and location, but cleanliness and bathroom conditions were major concerns.AI-generated from customer reviews
