Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, with easy access to the beach, bus station, and city attractions. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, such as dust, mold, and generally poor room conditions. Several guests felt the hotel did not offer good value for the price, citing outdated facilities and lack of amenities. Service was often described as unfriendly or unhelpful, and there were repeated complaints about missing or misleading amenities, such as non-functional air conditioning and lack of soap or breakfast. Overall, while the location is excellent, most guests were dissatisfied with other aspects of their stay.AI-generated from customer reviews
