I liked boarding the crew were excellent but the seats are too close together for such a long flight.

I liked boarding the crew were excellent but the seats are too close together for such a long flight.

The seats could be better as they’re not very comfortable and the arms would be better padded. Only place we found to fill our water bottles was at the Castle Rock bar who had one small sticker on one pillar saying they would refill your bottles with tap water for free! Need some/more refill stations around the departure area.

Nice seats with matching colour coded seat belts to make it easy to identify the correct two parts.

Boarding lanes should have been better organised..as it always becomes a free for all..

Flight was first class Experience at Edinburgh Airport was appalling

Left on time arrived early first class ground and air crew

Smooth process, great in flight crew you wouldn’t want to travel more than 3.5 hrs with them as the seats are slightly hard

Cons: "It was freezing on the plane everyone had hoods up and coats on."
Pros: "Seats and legroom very good for a budget airline. Crew very good."
Cons: "Boarding in Naples was dire"
Pros: "Crew were good, no issues. Flight was prompt and easy."
Cons: "A few too many announcements and promotions for buying stuff on board."

The flight was delayed over 2 hours, we should off left the plane2 late passengers as it’s not fair on everyone who’s followed the rules.

Dreamliner. Yes great if maintained. I didn't see anyones screen work consistently during either of our flights. Worse was their ability to not only dump you out of premium but separate couples and seat someone's carer at the opposite end of the aircraft. This poor gentleman had no hand so his partner who assists him, being seated at the other end of the aircraft, well that really showed us all what Tui think :( It was fairly dire all in all, they advertise all the perks of the dreamliner only in reality you don't have the features and they change the windows and colours to suit their constant sales pitches. Ironically they were so low on stock for the return flight that all their sales pitches were a waste of time! Their contract only favours them and 'operational changes' well they cover every excuse and Tui use it. Surprisingly we haven't reinstalled the Tui app or booked with them since. It's a shame as I rated them highly during the pandemic.

One flight attendant not wearing a mask over nose, 50% of passengers not either, and no effort to correct. Boarding was very late with no information - lots of standing around waiting.

Cons: "Boarding down the rain and cold morning was not oaky"
Pros: "Flight was on time and well managed. Nicer than Ryanair but limited facilities as this is a charter airline. No video or seat bag nets for example."
Cons: "Limited features on board."
Pros: "Easy check in and great in-flight service. Nice to have a full meal and bar service."
Cons: "Slightly delayed, but nothing much."
Cons: "Still sitting in the San Francisco airport With some luck l will be in Minneapolis by midnight"
Pros: "Easy boarding with no wait time, very straightforward transfers to hotels on arrival with Thomson organised coaches."
Cons: "Very small and confined seats led to an uncomfortable flight. Cabin crew were not attentive."
Pros: "It took me to Zante"
Cons: "We checked in online but still had to wait 45 just to drop our bags. waiting for an hour on the plane before take off. The captain not giving accurate timings. Circling so many times before landing I was nearly sick. And a very hard landing so much so I hit my head on the seat in front of me."
Pros: "1)I like the leg room in economy. 2) the bathrooms allow for a lot of headroom when compared to some airlines. 3)the affordability of the flights when compared to other long haul airlines"
Cons: "1) Boarding was late (seems to be a regular occurrence) and as a result the flight was delayed. 2)They have a habit of over booking seats. 3)There's no onboard wifi. For such a new jet in these modern times, I'd expect that such amenities would be a standard. 4) The online checkin is a bit dodgy; i had to keep refreshing the page- not very comforting. 5) Somehow having a one way ticket back to my HOME country (barbados) was deemed as an anomaly at the checkin desk at Gatwick. Ended up waiting for about 30 minutes at the checkin desk waiting for my boarding pass to be approved- absolute madness"

Every part of the flight from PHL - LHR was perfect in every way!

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "I wish kayak gets back to customers .. very poor customer service .. flight delays .. no proper assistance"
Cons: "Provide power outlets at seats. The remote control provided at the seat isn't at all user-friendly. I finally figured it out, but more people than not would have trouble using it. Also, basic features like turning on/off the reading light or calling a flight attendant shouldn't be on this complicated remote. Finally, the seating in economy plus or whatever this class is called needs to be rethought. (aircraft: Boeing 787)"
Pros: "Given that this flight, like just about every other BA9 flight for the past week, was a delayed departure, this flight delayed 3 hours, it is difficult to say that this was a good flight. The flight was full, and some business class passengers moved to economy class, with some economy passengers being removed from the flight to free up essential "rest areas" for the crew."
Cons: "Whilst I understand that the planes make no money sitting on the tarmac, maybe the schedule needs tweaking to permit a little more time for maintenance?"
Cons: "My seat was dirty. Gun like material on the seat. I had to put a blanket on my seat. Cold in the back rows. Later, it was adjusted. If you asked for a second travel size bag of Pretzel, I had to wait until they completed the distribution for all travellers. Give me some. Real. Have we gotten that"
Pros: "Staff were very kind and helpful"
Cons: "The two meals we received were not quite enough to see us through a 9 hour flight"
Pros: "Crew was also nice."
Cons: "I had to wait for bus to get the continue flight. The time waiting was so long I could not board the flight and had to rebook to the next possible flight."
Cons: "The attendants were very young and not completely knowledgeable. The flight was efficient, but a cheapo airline experience."
Cons: "Lunch was adequate but evening meal was half a sandwich"
Cons: "Staff and crew were courteous and helpful. Seats were comfortable."
Pros: "The flight was short"
Cons: "My seat was sagging in from use. And some men were standing in the aisle, talking loudly and laughing while I was trying to nap. The staff did nothing about it."
Pros: "It's a large company in London so it was easy to navigate at the terminals."
Cons: "It was a budget airline and not bad for a short flight. Nothing special."
Cons: "Nothing, the price is great and I would take a cheaper price for the flight over free drinks and food anyday"
Pros: "Didn't need to worry about my bag being larger than a handbag"
Cons: "Why is it always my flight that's delayed????"
Pros: "The cabin crew were excellent. The flight was very smooth."
Cons: "It was one of the best flights ive been on and would recommend easyjet."
Pros: "Travel on time"
Cons: "Boarding was a mess, we rather to wait and be the last, it took more than 1 hour the boarding process with not that many passengers"
Pros: "Absolutely nothing."
Cons: "Our flight was 3 hours delayed, we had to throw away our backpacks because the the crew said we could not bring them on. They said throw them away or you have to stay in Portugal and can’t go to Madrid. We missed our connecting flight. Worst flying experience I’ve ever had! No one was apologetic."
Pros: "The crew on the airport in London were nice by helping me with extra luggage."
Cons: "There could be some more seats in your terminal London Gatwick. Where I was sitting while waiting it was not very pleasant and it was cold."
Cons: "Mediocre, flight delayed toldto go to gate, Checked at gate after 1hr returned to departures the back to gate checked again, problem with seatbelt had to ask multiple times for Help. Not sorted went through flight unfastened with buckle issue, flight attendant attitude very poor."
Pros: "The colors?"
Cons: "easyJet used to be such a bold and new company. Now it feels like cattle herding."
Cons: "The flight was okay but 40 minutes late due to issues at Hamburg Airport. I.e. the problem was not with the actual flight or with Ryanair."
Pros: "Nothing, DO NOT flybw this airline"
Cons: "They charged me 220 pounds at the counter for boarding passes"
Cons: "Unfortunately, I had no other option than flying low-cost. Bought the most expensive ticket I could to be in first row and have enough overhead bin space, but that still did not help the situation of a very disorganized boarding, very uncouth flight attendants, uncomfortable seats, absolutely no free drinks (not even a bottle of water), constant selling of useless things, people using the toilet in the front, obnoxious travelers, and getting yelled at. Also, contrary to what was suggested on the Ryanair web site regarding fast check-in, priority boarding and access to lounges, none of those Flying 200+ legs per year on Star Alliance flights in business and up, I truly hope I never have to take such a horrendous flight again."
Cons: "Flight was delayed, but nothing to tell us it was delayed apart from the screens. I got priority booking for the flight and on the way home no one shouted or got priority passengers over so it was a waste of money."
Pros: "Someone can tell me why should I que in the check in desk just for a stupid stamp?"
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Treatment by crew iin airport as well as unfriendly flight attendants!"
Pros: "Staff were very friendly and very patient with difficult passengers!"
Cons: "Plane felt cramps, but it was a low price so to be expected."
Pros: "Nothing !!"
Cons: "Had to pay for not checking in 2hrs before 55 euros per person, After booking information there isnt clear enough notification asking for prior check-in. Flight attendants allowed anyone and everyone change seats before takeoff .. simply seems like Ryanair has no procedures and rules to follow... flight attendants look like they are on life support.. no smiling or kindness whatsoever... Seats were really uncomfortable, cant even recline the seats. Landing was scary. Budget of all budget airlines.. simply a joke and a waste of money ... vueling or easyjet is a 100 times better"
Cons: "We were delayed by an hour. There was no where to sit and there was no information about what was happening. Onboarding was chaotic. The luggage masters where not by the plane when passengers where ready to board so people just went up without handing in their luggage."
Pros: "Quick and easy boarding as Priority boarding paid for and much improved aircraft since last time I flew with them."
Cons: "Not a great choice of food for a 3hr plus flight but plenty of alcohol! :("
