The room was in serious disrepair. The AC had all it could do to cool the room. The restaurant was terribly over priced, poorest service ever. Ate there the first day and were not happy, the food was just blaa. Went across the street after and had great meals at fair prices. I will not recommend the hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable but we were disappointed that the beds were rather small. The staff was friendly and the hotel is well located with a few dining options and Monument Valley a few minutes away.

Pros (+) Breakfast served in restaurant in the hotel.
Cons (-) Our non-smoker room smelled like cigarettes upon arrival. Front desk staff not very warm or welcoming upon check in, lacked hospitality.

Cons (-) No fridge in the room. We can hear every noise from the guy taking a shower next room, people walking upstairs, to people talking outside on the parking lot, very badly acoustically insulated wall! And the bad experience : we forgot 2 things in the room, we had to call a few times before having the people find ouf the stuff and they didn't find one of the 2 thing even if it was in the closed pocke...

Cons (-) Rooms are poorly maintained. Thermopane windows are fogged up, front desk was rude and unhelpful. Restaurant was blah and poorly prepared food.
