Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and good value for money, noting that it is convenient for exploring the city and offers reasonable prices. However, several reviews mention issues with staff attitude and service, with some guests experiencing unhelpful or even problematic behavior. Cleanliness is generally acceptable, though some rooms appear older or not as pictured. Amenities are a common point of complaint, as some expected features are missing or not functioning properly. Overall, the hotel is considered a decent budget option, especially for its location and price, but service and amenities could be improved.
