Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, often mentioning its proximity to metro stations and shopping centers. The service is frequently described as friendly and helpful, with several guests appreciating the accommodating staff and smooth check-in process. However, cleanliness is a recurring concern, with multiple reviews citing issues such as dirty rooms, old bedding, and unpleasant odors. Bed comfort also receives criticism due to old or broken mattresses and noisy beds. Overall, while the location and service are strong positives, improvements in cleanliness and bed comfort are needed.
