Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, cleanliness, and friendly staff. Many enjoyed the breakfast and appreciated the spacious rooms and beautiful views. However, some guests reported issues with noise from upper floors, inconsistent service, and problems with billing or amenities such as air conditioning and water heating. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, especially for location and cleanliness.

Pros (+) Nice room and lovely bathroom
Cons (-) Service is too slow room service takes over an hour. Food looks great but taste is average, seems chefs are experts at dressing the food but doesn’t taste even close to as good as it looks
