My only complaint was that they did not clean the blood off the bathroom door.
I would absolutely recommend this hotel. It might not be extremely luxurious, but it has always been very clean and safe. Staff are wonderful, and are very helpful.
The hotel was very nice and the cleaning staff did an excellent job every day even though we stayed there for a week!
After reading the reviews on various websites I must say I was very skeptical about staying at this Days Inn. Once I arrived I was very pleased with the courtesy I received at the front desk. Check in/out was simple. The room was exactly what I requested and it smelled clean and was clean. Each day expect for one our room was not cleaned nor stocked with fresh towels. I believe this only happened because initially we had the do not disturb sign on the door but left shortly after and the cleaning crew was still on the same floor and saw us leave but never came back to clean our room. I did let the front desk know and they took care of everything. Very pleasant stay and would stay again.
comfortable beds, clean, great ac, nice staff, tight parking, but so was almost all other hotels in area. will stay here again, close to fort hood where our son is stationed.
I had what appeared to be a prostitute knocking at my door at 1am asking for money. i tried contacting the front desk but could not get an answer to have them address the problem. The room however was ok. The pool was green. The breakfast consisted of doughnuts and cereal. The front desk seemed to have an excuse for everything that was wrong that I had brought to their attention. Not very professional.
I had been deployed to Iraq and came to Texas for my R&R. I was made to feel very comfortable and the room allowed for plenty of relaxation. The pool was sort of small but my kids enjoyed it nonetheless. Upon my redeployment, I will suggest to all my comrades looking for a house or aprtment to stay at the Days Inn until they get a permanent place to stay. Thanks for taking care of me!
Rooms are nice and staff seems friendly but if you need internet to do business this is NOT the place. Slow, buggy and doesnt even let the pages completely download. the ''breakfast buffet'' is a joke.
This hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and I enjoyed my stay'
We got a little confused on how to reach the hotel but once we found it we were very pleased at the accommodations. The rooms were nice sized and clean. Nice quiet motel and close to Ft. Hood. We will stay here the next time we go there.
Nice place to stay if in the Ft. Hood area. close to the base and right off the highway - close to eating establishments - and also if you are military they have a military rate and you can get the room tax free with a copy of your orders.
