Rate, location was fine. Wanted an overnight place for our cruise out of Jacksonville the next day and this was less than an hour from there. Cleaning was a little suspect, dirt on toilet seat cover and in shower. breakfast was average. For the price it was ok.

Cons (-) Staff had problem handling charges. We pre booked through booking.com. We wanted the actual charges divided between two credit cards. This is normally easily done. Staff did not know how to do this. They also got a credit card from each of us. We hope we are not double billed

Pros (+) Bed and room were comfortable. Typical hotel hot breakfast, sausage, biscuit, gravy, muffins, waffles, eggs, cereal. Etc. Overall good place when you are passing thru. Good price.
Cons (-) Bathroom shower curtain was falling down so the curtain didn't stay closed. Looks like the second time it happened, first time had been patched but not repainted. Staff seemed less than friendly/inviting.

Pros (+) We stayed 2 nights while visiting local relatives. The staff was very friendly and helpful. While the free breakfast was adequate, the evening cookies and nachos were an added bonus. The room was very clean and well maintained. Facilities are comfortable and adequately maintained.
Cons (-) Repairs for the facilities are not perfect. This is not a 5 star resort.
