They recently remodeled this hotel and it looks very nice. My only complaint is they have eliminated the complementary coffee, tea etc. in the lobby. If you want coffee other than the kuerig cups in the room you have to pay for it. ☹️

Pros (+) Mimosas at breakfast were amazing! The location is great too, right on the beach.
Cons (-) Room decor and bedding were a little outdated.
Cons (-) Nice location and amenities. Access to Kitty Hawk pier and beach access was wonderful. I recommend this hotel, for peace and quiet, with reasonable access to any attraction on the Outer Banks.
Pros (+) We loved our stay here! Location can't be beat....right on the beach. Even with a "side ocean view" room we had amazing views! So many stores and restaurants within walking distance. Staff was always friendly and facility was clean. We'd come back in a minute!
Cons (-) My only complaints are that the breakfast at the hotel was not all that good. Because of that, we never tried it for another meal. Also, I really wish there was laundry on site.
Pros (+) Nothing after what I witnessed. The manager completely dropped the ball on getting back to me about resolving the issue.

Management did not seem to care about resolving the issue, but more interested in just getting me out.
