Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring Phi Phi and accessing the pier, shops, and restaurants. Cleanliness was highlighted in many reviews, with guests appreciating modern, well-maintained rooms. The staff received positive remarks for their friendliness and helpfulness, often going out of their way to accommodate guests. Comfortable beds contributed to restful stays. However, several guests noted issues with bathroom odors and occasional maintenance concerns, though these did not significantly detract from the overall positive experience.AI-generated from customer reviews
