The staff receives frequent compliments for their friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism, with several reviews noting daily cleaning and thoughtful touches like bottled water. Cleanliness is generally well regarded, and many guests find the rooms comfortable, especially the beds. The hotel is also seen as offering good value for the price.
