Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests praised the hotel for its impressive pools, cleanliness, and a variety of restaurants. Many found the atmosphere family-friendly and appreciated the spacious, comfortable rooms. However, several reviews noted inconsistent service, with some staff described as unfriendly or lacking empathy. The food quality received mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying the meals and others expecting more from a resort of this caliber. The beach was often mentioned as unsuitable for children due to waves or stones. Overall, the hotel is highly regarded for its amenities and family-oriented environment, but service and food could be improved.
