Summary of reviews

Guests say

Most reviews are negative, with guests frequently complaining about poor cleanliness, bad food, inadequate service, and issues with room assignments and amenities. Many mention dirty rooms, lack of towels, and unhelpful or insufficient staff. The pool and beach areas are often overcrowded or poorly maintained, and the overall upkeep of the hotel is criticized. However, a few positive reviews highlight friendly staff, enjoyable animation, and good activities, especially for the price. Some guests appreciated the location and the efforts of certain employees, but these positives are outweighed by the numerous complaints.
