Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great place
Excellent 8.0
Cons: No air conditioning or fan working in the gym.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The staff were amazing and very helpful.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The internet was super fast. This was great as we were here for scuba diving and had lot of pictures to download daily. The beds are so comfortable. It looks newly renovated and super clean. Staff was gracious and laundry service quick. Con, and the only thing I didn’t care for was the power is operated with the room key so things couldn’t charge when you were out. I’m sure they would give us another key. We never asked.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We had an outstanding stay. We are a family of 4 with two toddlers. The staff was tremendously supportive, even before we arrived. They helped coordinate child care and the provider was wonderful. Facilities were beautiful and beds and rooms were very comfortable. Kids LOVED the pool. Food was delicious and reasonably prices. Over all amazing experience. Highly recommend the Cove.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Very friendly and accommodating staff.
Cons: Some obvious wear and tear like dirty carpets and broken pavement but they seemed to be working on these issues.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Palau Royal Resort was a great place for our winter holiday with my wife. The location was excellent-it has its own beach at the ocean and provide quite easy access to the city center. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend the hotel for everyone traveling to Palau.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Food of a restaurant including breakfast is fantastic ! Probably more fit for Asian (because owned by Japanise company). Private beach and pool are great, too. Queit, clean, and easy to access. Membership (10% discount for some services in a hotel) is easy to open and valuarble. Best pick for family with elders or children.
Cons: Nothing special
Excellent 8.0
Pros: We had very comfortable bedrooms that overlooked the beach and sea/lagoon. All extras you would expect from a luxury hotel: coffee making facilities, fridge, robes and slippers, balcony etc. The beach is very nice and the pool a good size. Nice to have a games room with pingpong and billiards as well as small gym. The staff on reception were all excellent: very friendly and helpful: thank you Mitch, Jean and colleagues.
Cons: I didn't think the restaurant was as good as the rest of the hotel. Breakfast buffet was ok with plenty of variety but not top quality and at 10 on the dot they close down. Dinner buffet was disappointing, supposed to be a barbecue but not much choice and grilled in advance so a bit cold and chewy. No real atmosphere to restaurant either so we ended up eating out at other places as much as possible.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The property is well maintained. Staff was very friendly. They were patient to answer all our queries. Buffet breakfast was excellent. We didn't expect there were such a variety of Japanese food selection in Palau. We got upgraded to corner suite for free. The unit has a magnificent view of the bay where the hotel was situated. We could watch sunrise directly from the balcony.
Cons: The swimming pool could have been bigger.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location, swimming pool, and the dock at the resort! Would I stay the resort again? Yes.
Cons: Food at the restaurant was not the quality and taste I expected. Especially the stake was not..
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Good Breakfast
Excellent 9.2
Pros: - setting - sunrise views - bay - comfort
Cons: - breakfast
Excellent 8.0
Cons: No potable water in the room. Expand gym more free wights
Good 7.0
Cons: Tried to charge for use of our unoccupied room when we arrived early in the morning, shabby practice from a supposedly luxury hotel
Excellent 10.0
The hotel is one of the few 5 star resorts on the island, with a nice private beach and pool. Diving trips depart from the marina just in front of the hotel, so it is a very convenient choice for divers. You can however find less expensive and decent accommodations inland, where you can be picked up by your dive company, but then you wouldn't have the lovely view this resort has to offer. The room was spacious and clean, comfortable bed, good amenities, no problems at all. The staff is very nice and friendly, helpful. I found Hanika at the front desk and Jay, the concierge especially kind and well mannered, genuinely friendly employees who try to go out of their way to make the guest feel welcome. The waves restaurant serves a tasty breakfast buffet with an excellent variety of international foods. All in all I enjoyed my stay.

Stayed here for 5 nights on my diving trip. I found Hanika at the front desk and Jay, the concierge especially kind and well mannered, genuinely friendly employees who try to go out of their way to make the guest feel welcome. The waves restaurant serves a tasty breakfast buffet with an excellent variety of international foods. Eggs, salads, bakery, freshly cooked meats all made to kick start a great day of diving. I was a bit disappointed though with the manners of the restaurant staff. Also, when you enter they don't even wait for you to say good morning, immediately they demand to know your room number, as if you wanted to sneak in without paying, they have a long way to go to fit in with the rest of the five star staff. All in all I enjoyed my stay.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The resort is beautiful.
Cons: Without Internet and drinkable tap water, this is a challenging hotel for a business traveler. Palau Pacific Resort, on another island, offers both.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This facility checked all of the boxes --- clean, well-maintained, and perfectly situated. Sam's Tours is practically across the street, as well as a mini-mart for fruits and veggies that are nice to have while away from home. The hotel grounds are impeccable, and the staff very attentive. I would book this place again in a heartbeat --- excellent!!

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The pension is not near the ocean, but right above a calm lagoon with a lot coral islands covered with dense tropical rainforests. First thing to do there IMMEDIATELY (unfortunately we did it last) - ask the hosts for a kayak / snorkeling / diving tour with Juanes in that lagoon nearby. We expected to see the corals in the ocean (and we saw them in many places) but that vast lagoon is literally full of coral ”forests” with a lot of species / colors, colorful fish and stunning abysses (coral reef slopes). Hard to describe in words the beauty of the experience - you will want to do it again and again. The staff is excellent, amiable and benevolent, ready to serve doesn't matter what you need. A lot of sympathetic geckos on the house walls and inside the rooms - but you will never be bothered by any insect because of these shy, reticent and clean tiny useful sanitary creatures.
Cons: Well, in regarding the property we dislike NOTHING. But in pauses you may need a day spent on a calm nice shiny tropical beach with sand and the property does not have one near that magic lagoon. Ask the staff to bring you (or if they already helped you in renting a car it is very easy to get there) to Riptide Beach where you can find a cheap nice beach with sand frequented only by a few locals in weekends. There will be no touristic disturbing crowds there in working days but a lot of silence and tranquility and at low tide you will find large coral fields (with more than 15 different species) and with lots of colorful fish at just 1 m depth! Snorkeling is so so easy and a huge wonder there. There is only a 20 USD / person / day tax which is a bargain for Palau and for what this beach has to offer. DO NOT attend the public free beach which is disappointing. So, you will easily couple the staying at the property with the magic kayaking on the lagoon nearby and the sunny days spent on the easy-to-find Riptide Beach. Only these three elements are sufficient by themselves to provide a magic tropical vacation for beginners and if you do also the other things Palau has to offer, well your holiday will be simple in paradise. You will never forget it and never regret the money spent to get there.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: My parents appreciated the stay in these hotel. It's small, around 6 rooms, very friendly staff. Exceptional. Room is spacy, good size, safe/deposit box at reception. Soft beds, but some people like this. Good price for clean hotel in Palau. Not in Malakal or downtown, but they offer at their own restaurant local and priceless dishes. Thanks to the Manager and Dee for organizing beautiful trips
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very friendly staff. Organized best trips (snorkeling, kayaking,..). Nearly 24h reception. Meals really delicious and priceless. Entrance to snorkeling area easy, nice sunset. Fully recommended.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9.6
Pros: The location is beautiful and people there are super helpful and nice.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The B&B has a beautiful location, with a view on the water and the nature. Good place to snorkel, relax, read books etc. The family who runs it, are all soooooo friendly and lovely, that you want to stay there forever. They really try to give you a great time. There are a few rooms, so enough attention. The breakfast is nice. The pancakes with eggs... mmmmh! So a good place to spend your last days.
Cons: It is a B&B and not a resort. It is not close to the city centre ( which is awful btw) but they are very willing to bring/ pick you (up) to any restaurant you want. In 10 minutes you will be there. So a nice place, to avoid the ugly city centre, but close enough to enjoy the restaurants there.
Excellent 8.4
The family that runs GAU are the kindest and most welcoming people you can meet.
Excellent 10.0
Since inn in Koror isn't that cheap. So I can say that the cost for room were reasonable. The staffs are neighborly and accommodating. They appears prepared all the time to serve visitor. Breakfast was fine and the furthermore point of resort is the connected tidal pond and the brilliant see of shake islands from the resort. They organized my plunging and angling visit in exceptionally sensible cost. Kayaking are accessible at resort. In general Much obliged for the group for making my remain brilliant. Continuously keep your great deeds.Highly suggested from my side.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This is possibly the best location in Koror: away from hustle and bustle of the center, right on the water with great kayaking and snorkeling opportunities, yet only 5 minutes by car from downtown. Additional bonus was the immense hospitality of the owners. Anything we needed they quickly provided, and the food they cooked was really good. We truly enjoyed staying at GAU Mechang and highly recommend it to people who want to be close to nature in a truly Palauan setting.
Cons: No complaints at all!
Excellent 9.2
Pros: A wonderful and peaceful place is waiting for you which is the perfect spot for kayaking and enjoying the nature. The owners are very friendly and helpful with arranging what ever you are looking for - diving, kayaktours, island exploring, delicious dinners at the hotel with fresh fish, transport to the city. The room is comfortable and you will have a good sleep after a wonderful day of enjoying the beautiful island. Highly recommended! Many thanks and all the best!
Excellent 10.0
Since lodging in Koror isn't that cheap. So I can say that the cost for room were reasonable. The staffs are neighborly and accommodating. Superb area fair on the inner Koror tidal pond. The ocean is effortlessly available and kayaks are accessible to visit the rocks and reef all around. Interior the resort the rooms are huge and the common regions are well organized and comfortable. The owner may be a pleasant woman, continuously accessible for any kind of require. The breakfast and supper are exceptionally great and continuously crisply made.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Very willing and nice staff, fantastic location
Excellent 10.0
We are come from Hong Kong, our family and companions add up to 7 people remained at this resort final week for plunging occasions. Really they offer assistance us to orchestrate all jumping bundle and booked the vessel for hand angling. We went to jumping (or angling )for day time and the resort did all course of action for us on the off chance that we needed grill or other cooking at night! By and large all staffs are so pleasant, accommodating and neighborly, they truly did their best to fulfill our asked. As it were one thing isn't great sufficient, exceptionally awful web & WiFi flag. Besides thank you so much for their course of action and we are exceptionally delighted in & keep sweet recollections at all!
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Staff extremely nice and helpful. Bedroom underwhelming, but very clean. Location at the lagoon very beautiful
Cons: Bedroom bit underwhelming
Excellent 10.0
It was really nice place to relax after your daily activities, since it is located right at Mechang Lagoon and Neco Bay. The Surrounding was unbelievably amazing because of the rock Island and floating dock. The staff were supportive and always ready to help the guest any time I need. I would like to recommended this place to the people who loves to stay in quiet and peaceful place surrounded by beautiful nature. Although it is not a luxury Resort but equipped with all the stuff that a traveler needs while their stay. If you are nature lover you will definitely love to stay at this place while visiting The Republic of Palau.

Pros: The hotel was free of Covid-19. Staff took precautions to sanitize the common areas & provide alcohol gel to guests in hotel lobby. Great front desk staff.
Good 7.0
Pros: Great (Free): Hotel Filipina staff, Two outdoor pools, Workout Center, Hot/Cold Purified Water on each floor, Electric Kettle in room, Hotel in the heart of town, Welcome drink bar, Room Vault, Very friendly local people (Hitched rides to Malakal and from/to airport in mins). *I arrived at 3am and the staff let me nap on a lobby couch and use WiFi. They also let me check-in at 1:30pm after I visited the nearby Etpison Museum and made local calls for me to confirm my tours to the Rock Islands. Scheduled check-in 3pm and check-out 12pm. Good: Western and Asian Cable TV, View from room balcony, Hotel Restaurant, WiFi in Lobby, Bar and 5th Floor fast enough for youtube.
Cons: Bad: Mosquitoes (bring repellent), Hotel Price $114 after Tax, Arranged Rides $25 for 7k to/from Airport. *Value was good for Palau but expensive by international standards for 3-Star Hotel. Other: Sam’s Tours was well run but expensive $135 for Kayak/Snorkeling to Rock Islands (9am-3pm), simple lunch and pick-up/drop-off included. Palau Taxes are high ($50 Rock Islands, $100 Entry Fee included in Airfare, $50 Exit Fee, $50 Jellyfish Lake Fee, 15% Hotel Taxes). Sealife and coral habitat is highly valued and well taken care of around Palau (Sea Turtles, Black-Tipped Sharks, Cuttle Fish, Jellyfish).
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Wonderful place with excellent people. The breakfast is international, the bar is magical, the reception is ready everytime to help for the guests. I would like coming back soon!
Excellent 10.0
Cons: Air conditioning did not work well.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location is very central Balcony is spacious and we could dry our swimsuits there Spacious room
Cons: Renovation (swimming pool, cafe etc ) creating some noise
Excellent 9.0
Pros: location was very central staff was friendly and helpful
Excellent 10.0
This can be an great esteem. The helpful area and the free breakfast buffet were two of the highlights. The staff was neighborly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and advanced. Our room on the 3rd floor had decent sees. We took a day trip to Palau Pacific Resort for the snorkeling, and were cheerful that we didn't remain there. PPR is pleasant and all, but you can't fair walk out to all the shops and eateries like you'll here. Also, at PPR, you've got to pay a part of money to eat there, and you have got to require a cab all over you need to go. In case cash isn't an question, this is often a awesome choice.
Excellent 8.0
Cons: Noise from the street outside.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: very friendly and helpful staff clean good gym good restaurant
Excellent 9.2
Cons: The air conditioning wasnt cool enough.
Excellent 10.0
Stayed here for 2 days as we will attend a friends wedding. Bed was greatly comfortable and huge. Breakfast was the usual food. Free internet might be slow in the room and needs to go within the lobby. Staff however were friendly and they did try their best to assist us and serve our needs. Nice location and other facilities. Plan to come back here for a vacation.
Excellent 10.0
Check in at the hotel was quick and efficient. The room was clean and had a balcony with a view of the Rock Islands. The bathroom had a shower over the bath - good water pressure. There was a fridge but no microwave. The hot water was available in the corridor with a flask was provided in the room. The location is the best. There are supermarkets and department stores within easy walking distance providing anything you may need. The post office has a collectors corner for those that collect stamps - great idea. The wifi is free in the lobby and bar. It is slow but early morning or mid afternoon was fine. I would definitely return to this hotel.
Excellent 10.0
If you can't afford to stay at a posh resort, then give the Palasia a try. I stayed there for 11 days recently for business, and I found the hotel to be everything I needed, clean, comfortable, good location and wonderful staff. I stayed in one of the rooms with an Internet connection, which was at times spotty, but the staff was quick to try to fix any problems. And the hotel has free wireless Internet in the lobby. The breakfast buffet can get repetitive and dull if you stay there for more than a couple of days, and TV reception was not so good. However, those are minor quibbles. Overall, I would highly recommend the Palasia for anyone who wants to visit this gorgeous country but not break the bank.
Excellent 10.0
Stayed at the Palasia Hotel, the staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean. The breakfast buffet was great and they even had a dinner buffet some nights that cost about $27. It is in the middle of the downtown area so you can walk to all the stores and restaurants without having to pay for a cab. They had a nice gym and spa services ($40 for a 2 hour massage). They also had 1 of the few Duty Free Stores on the island. Most of the tours that are booked pick you up from the hotel and they also will pick you up and drop you off at the airport with their shuttle bus. Nice Jacuzzi and spacious bathroom.

Okay 5.0
Pros: Price
Cons: Wifi, kept getting kicked out
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location and availability of transportation all around town/airport
Cons: Stairs to rooms
Good 6.0
Pros: It's close to one of the drop off points from liveaboards. Massage places will do pickup/drop off and the hotel staff are helpful in making phone calls for you.
Cons: The hotel is tired, and while clean, just feels a bit dingy. It needs some simple renovations to modernize it. It's set in an industrial area. On the map it looks like it's right on the water, but it's set more in a parking lot. It's ok for a night, but no more. Late checkout is not an option unless you want to be charged nearly the same price as another night (The hotel had few guests).
Good 7.0
Pros: It is nice located, close to nicest restaurants of Koror. Try out Drop-off bar, Kramers etc. It a relaxt area as well, far away from the ugly city centre. They clean the rooms every day. The staff is very friendly. Good place to rent a car (30USD a day)
Cons: It is not next to the water, so you have to go to the resorts next door to have the beach feeling. The bed was very old and that made sleeping terrible. It is a good place to sleep, but it has no charm itself for its view or so.
Excellent 8.4
Hotel was clean and safe, and offered good value. All electricity shut off when you left room, including fridge and outlets (so you can't charge items unless you're in the room). Hair dryer didn't work, shower was fixed to spray against far wall, and could not be adjusted. Long walk to Koror, and not much to do nearby, but if you aren't looking for frills, and want good value, I'd recommend it and I personally would stay here again. I stayed here two days before heading out on a liveaboard and it was perfect for that.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Perfect location. Bo net but card for 2 $ unlimited net for 2 days .but doesn't reach to room.
Okay 5.0
Pros: - Room was large - Cleanlines - Bed was ok and comfortable - AC was good and not too noisy - Large refriderator - Free internet with aceptable speed
Cons: The Hotel was much overpriced by Booking.com. Paid 3 times higher than the hotel's rate of app. 50 US. For 50 USD the hotel is fine. It is beside to the harbor's oil tanks a bit outside of the center but still some restaurants arround. Interieur quit old. Breakfast not.incl.
Good 7.9
Pros: Nice with reasonable portions...waiting staff were very polite...
Cons: Requested fried eggs over easy...got fried not so easy...
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Always a good value. Clean, friendly staff, and good place to stay

Pros: Rooms, facilities, jacuzzi are really very nice!
Cons: The breakfast is simple and has so little variety. You can go to the Berry Cafe in town instead The internet is very unstable in the room, but good in the lobby The reception staff is not very knowledgeable about the island as well as internal hotel procedures If you leave your room around noon, it may not be cleaned (there is no notice and it depends on the day. Staff doesn't know, which day) Dirty dishes left outside the door are not being picked up and sit there for hours.
Excellent 10.0
We stayed for a night at their Jungle View Suite. The room was spacious, and I can say it's well maintained for a nipa type of room. Their bathroom was quite nice, you'll feel relax soaking on their tub. The ambiance of the place is peaceful, you can really take a rest. Their staff are all accommodating and warm. They always smiles which makes you feel at home. Few breakfast options, but understandable. Only thing I can suggest is to improve the WiFi signal, but if you're travelling to get away from stress and really want to enjoy time with yourself and your partner, slow WiFi connection is no big deal. Anyway for those travelling to islands like Palau you have to remind yourself that your not in the city where you can always stay connected to social media. If you need to get in touch with your loved ones, to let them know that your are safe you can always give them a call.

Luckily we asked for airport pickup because the first we knew that our booked hotel was closed was when we arrived at sister hotel Lebuu. Brand new hotel means everything’s fresh. Soft opening while they work out kinks like no hooks or bars in the bathroom for towels. Fridge, kettle and water but no coffee/tea packets. Fantastic staff at front desk who try everything to help. Important point with so little info on Palau. Red Rooster and car rental moved to this location from By the Sea. Only complaint is location. From 4th floor you could only see greenery and other buildings. The view from new Red Rooster is plants and car ramp, not the sea. On the plus, it’s closer to everything else.

Excellent 8.3
Pros: Beach and lagoon, room
Cons: Limited options and no variety for breakfast
Excellent 8.3
Pros: The location is great. A few times we had our boat charter pick us up at the dock which was very convenient. We loved the private lagoon as well. The view from our room was amazing! The breakfast was also great.
Cons: The staff wasn’t as informative when asked questions about the area and property. Also, the room smelled a bit musty because the housekeepers turned off the AC while we were gone.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: First, the beach on property is amazing. Never packed. So many fish on that beach and no waves at all. Good for little kids. The pool is a good size and only about 3ft deep so perfect for families. The room is spotless clean. We got the twin mountain view. The beds are big, probably queen size. Unlimited purified water in the room. The bathroom is huge. Breakfast was really good. The only thing I wish they had more the option. It didn't really bother me though. The food selection is good, fruits, veggies, sausages, fresh eggs/omelette, rice, noodles, etc etc. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. The whole hotel is clean. We loved it!
Cons: We loved everything about the hotel. I guess one thing missing was a bar but there is a convenience store next door where you can buy beer , wine, snacks, etc.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Flashy bentleys parked it front. That's about it.
Cons: Lazy staff. Room wasnt ready after waiting past 2pm. Got to the room and it wasn't made up from last guest. Average food that was served cold.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: This is great place to stay. Hotel had private beach and you can rent snorkel gear if you want to hang out. Transportation to airport was arranged ahead of time and it worked out great. AC worked well and breakfast was good. Staff was very helpful and I would come back again.
Cons: Almost same menu at the breakfast. We stayed here for 5 nights. But it was okay, nothing fancy. People were very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend and would love to stay again.
Okay 4.8
Demotivated staff, checkin takes 25 min and 4 people, no vegetarian option for breakfast, no wifi in the room and to top all of that: smelly towels. Speechless!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sea Passion. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Our room was large and overlooked the water. There is a mini-refrigerator, but no coffee-maker. Hot water dispenser in the hall. Internet access available in the lobby. Breakfast was included in our package-Eggs cooked to order, bacon, sausage, cereal, different hot dishes, fruits, breads and juices. Didn't try the dinners, but there are several places to eat close by. Kramer's is good and Sam's Bottom Time bar & grill too. Taj Indian restaurant is a quick taxi ride and my favorite-excellent food! My only suggestion to the hotel is that they could add large 'drying racks' for all the diving/snorkeling/wet bathing suits. The bathrooms are large and would easily accommodate this.
Excellent 10.0
The surroundings of the hotel was the reason why we chose it in the first place, the little beach and the water it was really beautiful. There were some negative points also. The hotel was under construction work and it was impossible to stay in your room during the day when one might wan't to escape the heat to have a nap in a cool room, you would need to have your ears removed to be able to do that. Also the hotel is very Chinese oriented. The gym was non existing. The hotel's tour and water sports operator was something we did not appreciate. We hear the waters close to the hotel used to be a magnificent place to snorkel but not anymore. They have such arsenal of water toys and silly things so it's no surprise we didn't see that underwater glory anymore. You should still snorkel there, it's not completely destroyed. Make sure to watch out for the boat traffic that also comes through the area. Definitely better place to snorkel was on the right side, the road side. One tip is to start swim to the left from the hotel beach, go around the corner and there's Sam's Tours, the best tour operator in Palau. We snorkeled there to have a cold beer and organize our dives. One more thing about this hotel, and I hope this issue will be sorted, one morning we went to the beach to enjoy the beauty as well as our morning coffee. There was one of the Chinese men that work at the tour/water sports/towels center and he had driven one of their tour boats on the beach and he was changing it's propeller oils right there on the beach where paying guests swim! That was outrageous to us! What lack of environment awareness. All the negatives aside, we did enjoy our stay. Still this is recommendable.
Okay 5.1
Pros: My room view.
Cons: The two young men at the front desk were not welcoming to our arrival and gave us little information to the check in process or an orientation to how to get to our room. Just handed the key and looked away kind of greeting. The interaction was very minimal. Maybe it was a language or culture barrier but I felt an awkwardness in the air. We got to our room and the corner view of our room was beautiful. Online we booked two queens but were given a single king. Since we needed a bed for my sister we went back to the front desk asking for accommodation ( either another room with appropriate sleeping arrangements or a roll a away ). Since the hotel was booked they could only give us a roll away. But charge us another $400 that includes nightly roll a away plus extra person charge for the 4 nights we had intended to stay. Long story short, we had to argue that we would not pay another $400 in additional cost since that was not what we originally booked. I had to go back upstairs, grab a copy of my detailed receipt from my online booking to prove what I paid and what I booked for. It was not until then he got a manager who then agreeably delivers a roll away to our room with out charging the extra $400. During our stay the next few days, anytime we passed by the lobby, the front desk guys would turn their heads away from us - no smile, no hello, no eye contact. I honstely feel like they did not like us. Which is so sad because I am half Palauan, visiting Palau for the first time on a dive trip and to visit my Palauan relatives. (Not that being Palauan means anything more than the next person, but it meant a lot to me and visiting the island for the first time) On a side note, I agree with the other reviewers, the hotel caters to the Chinese just based on my observations and guest experience. Poor hospitality.
