Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel for its breathtaking location by the lake and mountains, exceptional breakfast offerings, and outstanding service from the staff, who are described as friendly, attentive, and professional. Cleanliness and attention to detail are also frequently mentioned as highlights. The atmosphere is relaxing and the hotel is beautifully designed. Some guests note issues with value for price, room size, noise, and lack of certain amenities like air conditioning or an elevator, but these are outweighed by the many positives. Overall, the hotel delivers an exceptional experience, especially for those seeking great views, gourmet breakfast, and warm hospitality.
