Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's strategic location and some found the rooms clean and comfortable, with friendly staff mentioned in a few reviews. However, many guests expressed dissatisfaction with the service, citing rude or unhelpful staff and delayed check-in. Cleanliness was a recurring issue, with reports of dusty rooms, cockroaches, and dirty bathrooms. Several guests found the rooms small and suffocating, and the bathroom design was criticized, especially for families with children.
