Cons: A/C very weak Horrible customer service. Rude front desk lady (with braces). Asked her about the way of the elevator, but she showed the wrong direction (towards restaurant???) Makes me think she did it on purpose!!!painful when u have a lot of luggage! Took a while b4 they confirmed my online reservation! They haven't even apologized for the wait!!!her boss (Chinese), was careless about the situation! Not Muslim family friendly! Will not recommend! Do yourself a favor: give your money to someone who makes you feel welcome! Overall trip experience: Malaysia is not good destination for Muslim family tourists!

Cons: The complete hotel's water-heater was down for already few days for whatever reason. It wasn't informed upon my check-in. Very frustrated.

Cons: Hotel looks run down on the inside; bathroom leaking, carpet dirty, air-cond not cool enough, cupboard broken.

Pros: I like the convenient shopping malls, and the food at Swan Restaurant was very good, and prices reasonable.

Cons: Going up the carpark ramp is very narrow. For an inexperienced driver, the car will get scratches.

Cons: Upon booking rooms over the internet,the hotel did not specify or mentioned bed preferences of the room to customers.Problem happens during check-in due to unmentioned bed preferences.Many customers feels unsatisfied with this.kindly take action regarding this problem, thank you.

Cons: 1. Manners of staff during checking in 2. Basement car park closed before 11pm 3. Room settings are old 4. Limited choice of food in the breakfast buffet

Cons: I guess i should not complain about the buffet breakfast since the rate was low. Buffet was nothing to shout about. They also forgot to put in new towels. However, called up and the housekeeping came within twenty minutes or so to give new towels.

Cons: The multi-storey carpark is dimly lit and wet with many spots have water leaking from upper floors

Pros: Proximity to shopping centre, food outlet and parking convenience.

Cons: I could not get the non-smoking room as requested earlier. The magnetic door key was not easy to use.
