Pros (+) Staff are friendly and try hard.
Cons (-) There is always a problem, key cards don't work, check-in system is not working, shower or water is problematic, Air conditioner is faulty. The place needs maintenance and an upgrade.
Pros (+) Excellent Service during the meals at the restaurant. Room service needs attention, very slow.. Excellent and comfortable room layout.(although the bed is slighty hard, could improve on this). Staff support and attitude exemplary. I would return to this hotel without a doubt. I recommend the hotel to anyone travelling on business.
