6.0 Good
Pros: I paid a very reasonable price and the hotel was worth what I paid. I was on a short overnight stop for business and would certainly book the hotel again for this circumstance. It would not be for me if I was taking a vacation.
Cons: Very slow heavy traffic leaving the trading estate on which it was located and I suspect this would be the same at every rush hour.

Cons: My fire/smoke alarm kept beeping the whole time during my stay... Reported to staff but nothing was done

4.2 Okay
Pros: I was there for a wedding so that was good.
Cons: Despite paying quite a bit for the room, I still had to pay parking (which is normally free when staying in other hotels) the water in the room was £5 and looked like tap water. Breakfast was £10 per head. Basically you had to pay for everything on top of an already over priced room. The room was dark and gloomy and the bed was uncomfortable. Every time you moved in bed it rustled like I was sleeping in a pvc bag. Needless to say I didn't get much sleep and wasn't to impressed. I would take a premier inn over the Hilton any day of the week. Would I stay again? No.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. Room was nice too and clean. Bathroom was satisfactory. The biggest highlight of my stay was the massage by Jas and for that, I would consider coming back - but only for her massage.
Cons: I was booked into the hotel for my birthday by my friend. He pre-paid for the birthday package - which was for my room to be done up with birthday banners and a birthday cake. I was really looking forward to this. However, when I checked in, I was told that the staff forgot to do up the room. The front desk staff who told me this offered no apologies and said it so casually. I was really disappointed. He said the money would be refunded, offered me 2 vouchers for a free drink at the hotel bar - which was pointless to me as I was going out for dinner anyway and free parking - £6. I was looking forward to my birthday cake and the banners. This really ruined my stay and I was even more disappointed at how blase the hotel staff was. A simple apology would have gone a long way as opposed to being mechanical.

5.8 Okay
Pros: Have stayed here numerous times a convenient location
Cons: We were given a call an hour before arriving to say the lifts were out of order. Our room was 2nd floor not ideal for husband with knee problems. The bed was very uncomfortable and the room incredibly warm even with air con on. Tried to open window it had been screwed shut for some reason not sure I will use this particular Hilton again it really hasn’t moved with times on upgrading bedrooms
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Every thing was perfect
Cons: Your full English breakfast was very pure egg like rubber bacon too dry mushrooms were even cooked just put in the hot plate and covered sausage was the only thing good to eat all the rest as continental breakfast was nice knowing that the hotel was not busy they could have cooked the breakfast as people get to the table being myself catering manager i know how hard is to run the hotel
7.0 Good
Pros: Facilities were not available due to corona so unfair to comment The staff were friendly the room a nice size very airy and sunny Beds were comfortable Nice area in entrance to put shopping and suitcases out the way
Cons: Hooks for Coats by entrance Shelves for clothes in cupboards A mirror in the bedroom and dressing table in bedroom, not great to do your hair make tea and work on one place

Pros: The rooms, reception, bar and location plus easy parking
Cons: Breakfast - poor options and "hot" buffet was cold, no porridge Gym only opens at 7.00am far to late for this going to work
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Good bar with a wide range of spirits, not many beers on tap though. Good food, and good service. Resturaunt staff friendly and polite. Swift service and food arrived quickly. Changed plate of food for guest after a mishap by one of the guests drinks.
Cons: Arrived, checking in and the staff were more concerned with a refund for another customer that was accidentally put through. Poor attitude by staff members berating trainee that made error infront of me, very unprofessional. Same staff member berating trainee failed to even notice I was there on crutches, until checking me in to my room. Felt incredibly bad for the trainee. Clearly a lack of training by superiors who, instead of dealing with the issue correctly and professionally chose to berate her publically at the front deck. Appauling behavior which led to me not wanting to return again.

Pros: Almost everything
Cons: Car parking charges now introduced

Pros: The receptionist was extremely polite and helpful and a credit to the Hotel. I found that when entering the hotel she made me feel very welcome and comfortable that my stay would be a very good and well managed visit.
Cons: The pillows were a tad hard for me but apart from this everything was absolutely fantastic thankyou.

Pros: Meal was delicious in restaurant. Room was nice and big. Facilities were nice and relaxing. Staff were very nice and friendly and accommodating. I thought it was very good how all the guests could wander around the hotel in their dressing gowns and relax.
Cons: The bed was big which was great but it was slightly hard but that’s the only thing.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Easy parking, clean hotel all round, comfortable room, good food and good spa facilities (other than issue below)friendly staff
Cons: Food took forever to come - seemed they were understaffed. Breakfast also took an age to come. Waitresses etc were very good but there is obviously a slow chef! Sauna in men’s changing room was cold! Walls around swimming bath had plaster falling off and it seemed like it needed a bit of money spent to bring it up to standard.

Pros: Location
Cons: Families with very young children share disgusting facilities, cooking in their rooms, one broken sink for six rooms to share, for both washing after using shared toilet and washing up after cooking. Endless crying and shouting by the children and door slamming by adults.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel, although basic, was clean and provided everything we need for a comfortable few night's stay. Very close to the Dartford crossing and conveniently placed for further travel. We used the bar downstairs on our return and couldn't hear any noise from our room. The staff were lovely and informative. The shower was larger than most and a kettle is in the room well stocked with tea etc. There were plenty of sockets some with usb slots.
Cons: No parking for guests.

Pros: The room was clean, well kept and functional with all the basics. Quiet, well heated and comfortable room. Must check-in before 10pm. The staff was very accommodating when I was delayed. 6.3 Good
Pros: Location Hotel I've stayed in before but not for sometime, as usual the staff were good.
Cons: Very small room
7.1 Good
Pros: Location, parking, great staff, good breakfast, clean rooms, acess to nearby shops and restaurants. Despite the negative comments that follow I would gladly return. I was very impressed with the assistance afforded to us by the staff - thank you.
Cons: It may be just our room but the bathroom was smelling damp - needs drain cleaner I think. The room (27) was small. We had a second room - accross the road that was much roomier. I will in future speak to hotel on booking to get a better room. Too much 'lowlife' hanging about in the streets outside - perhaps the chain needs to complain to the local Police about the drug users in the locale.

3.7 Mediocre
Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice and included in the price. The price of the room was very affordable for London. The guests were mostly families on vacation.
Cons: The picture of the hotel is only one of the buildings they have. I was put across the street in a converted old home (which is normal for London) but the room was tiny; if I was a heavier person I could have hardly fit. The neighborhood is mostly Pakistani and very diverse; no problem there, however lots of men hanging out in the streets late at night. The train into central London does not run on weekends so I had to take a long bus ride. I don't think I would stay there again.

Pros: All of it
Cons: Nothing, was amazing

Cons: Very bad smell inside the room and toilet
5.0 Okay
Pros: Breakfast in the room . Very welcoming staffs. Very competitive price and free parking.
Cons: I stayed at room 19. Was very annoyed at aroumd mid night till 3am. This is the second time I stayed here and unfortunately both occasions I Could not sleep properly because of the noise coming from next door and upstairs and corridor during midnight till around 3am. Travellers where talking very loud while walking to the corridor and opening and shutting doors very loudly Without thinking about time and other travellers. I think this is the only and the major negative side of this hotel. staying in a very competitive and well priced hotel comes with all sorts of selfish unconsiderable travellers too. Apart from disturbances at night everything else was excellent.
6.0 Good
Pros: The room was very quiet.
Cons: The TV in my room didn't have good reception so I couldn't watch anything.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Sort of close to the subway, nice staff.
Cons: Sheets were not cleaned at all and had dirt/sweat stains all over the sheets, shower was moldy, outlets in walls did not work properly, tv did not work, card reader barely worked, bad area of London, and very thin walls.

Cons: My room did not have a window, only a little sky light. Breakfast was sub standard
4.2 Okay
Pros: The staff was lovely and accommodating when I needed tickets printed or in trying to find a parking space.
Cons: We didn't get towels on the first night even though we checked in well past midnight and had to leave early the next morning. The room needs a dehumidifier because it has a pungent damp smell upon entry and there is no flow of air in there.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and happy atmosphere
Cons: Nothing, all good
3.7 Mediocre
Pros: The staff was friendly. That's about it.
Cons: To keep things simple: -The card reader on the door was broken. -The remote didn't work. -The air conditioner didn't turn on until nearly three hours after it should have. -The room smelled like smoke and dust. -The bathroom smelled like a combination of sewer and mold. -There was mold all over the shower and wooden stand in bathroom. (Ended up not even showering.) -There was a hole in the floor where the pipe led to the sewer, where I'd imagine much of the smell was coming from. Had to keep the bathroom door closed whenever possible and hold my breath when entering. Wouldn't recommend unless you're on a super tight budget and don't mind being a bit uncomfortable.

I booked the room using the website and i paid with my card but when i got there i've been charged again. The receptionist seamed not to understand how this online payments work, so she asked me to pay again for the room. I insisted for a refund but it was a difficult to get it. I had my money refunded only the next day. I won't recommend this place!

7.4 Good
Pros: The staff was friendly, very helpful, and we enjoyed them very much. The rooms were well stocked, and had all the necessities.
Cons: The location. This felt like we had landed in a very seedy part of London, which wasn't reflected in the online ad. We had to walk about 6 blocks from parking to hotel, and the area felt unsafe at night, with men in the streets urinating. Not a place I will return to. The bed was small and VERY hard. Probably one of the most uncomfortable stays I've ever had at a Best Western.

Cons: Someone next door room Smoking pot

Pros: It was included which can be rare in the UK. It was more than just a continental breakfast. There were actual cooks who were making meals in request including eggs, sausage, hash browns, and beans. Plenty of different juices and teas.

5.0 Okay

Cons: Poor communication and not the star service expected
