Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location and the large, sunny pool area, which many found enjoyable and convenient. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, with several guests mentioning dirty rooms, lack of proper cleaning, and issues with pests. Service was also criticized, particularly regarding unfriendly or unhelpful staff. The breakfast was often described as basic or disappointing.
