Pros (+) The pool was nice Rooms were reasonably sized Location was good
Cons (-) There was no hot water at all, for the full duration of our 9 day stay, when i complained to staff many times i got the same ridiculous answer 'the heat is powered by the sun so the clouds mean the water is cold' i dont think they understood how solar power works.
