Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests appreciate the hotel's appealing location and pleasant atmosphere, with several reviews highlighting the beautiful setting, decor, and proximity to the beach. However, there are frequent complaints about the quality of service, with staff described as unfriendly or inattentive in multiple reviews. Cleanliness issues are also mentioned, particularly in rooms and at the beach, and several guests found the breakfast disappointing for the price. While the ambiance and setting are generally well regarded, improvements in service and cleanliness are needed to meet expectations for a luxury hotel.
