NEGATIVES (1) Mostly long term occupants. Felt like a shelter. (Wagons of food being brought in, heavy bicycle and scooter presence in parking lot, high number of occupants/room.) Pros (+) Booked super last minute, and the staff were very helpful with that process!
Cons (-) The fridge hadn't been cleaned and we were missing some toiletries, so it's obvious the cleaning job was hasty. Since I booked last minute, I completely understand. The important things, like sheets and toilets, did get cleaned, so I was still happy!

Pros (+) The staff, especially the woman named (I believe?) Breonna, were very nice and helpful. We were there for seven days because we were looking at moving to Lacey/Olympia from Ohio and they were very informative!
Cons (-) The cleaning was lacking at times. There were two days that the houskeeping didn't come, and I wasn't really sure why.

Pros (+) Bed were comfy and room was nice
Cons (-) The breakfast if you can call it that was bad. Only the minimum and cheapest of cheap. The cereal containers were dirty and had spider webs on them. They looked like they had never been moved. The coffee was more like water. The bagel and cream cheese had a nasty taste to them. I stay for three days and was the same each time I went back. Pros (+) There's a McDonalds in front of it, which can be helpful, and it's fairly close to the airport. Rooms are fine and spacious.
Cons (-) Breakfast room is too tiny, you can barely walk around to get your food. At least nobody complained about me getting food to my room. The breakfast itself could be better.

Cons (-) I was appalled by the service I received from the staff from check-in to being overcharged, to being monitored while I ate breakfast to ensure I didn't take too much.
