Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, which is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Many also appreciated the in-room amenities such as kitchens, laundry facilities, and pools. However, several reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, including bugs and worn furnishings, and many guests were dissatisfied with the service, citing poor communication and lack of staff support. Additional complaints included high extra fees and concerns about value for money. Overall, while the location and amenities were strong positives, service and cleanliness were common areas of dissatisfaction.
