Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, noting its proximity to the lake, restaurants, and downtown attractions. Many appreciated the friendly staff, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. However, several guests reported issues with double charges, mysterious fees, and inconsistent customer service. Some mentioned cleanliness concerns such as musty smells and bugs, while others noted the lack of amenities like breakfast, hot tubs, or room safes. Overall, the location and convenience were the highlights, but service and value for price received mixed feedback.AI-generated from customer reviews
