Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's prime lakeside location, stunning views, and proximity to restaurants and shops. Many appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the overall cleanliness of the property. However, several reviews noted issues with noise, particularly from trains and thin walls, and some guests found the beds uncomfortable. The hotel’s decor and facilities were often described as dated, with some maintenance concerns, but the positive aspects of location and service stood out overall.
