Pros: - swimmingpools ... really nice! - animation team and programme - food - verry good quality price! I would go back. We had a very nice time.
Cons: - our cleaninglady of our room... -> did not clean well -> always came in our room when our boy was sleeping at noon or early in the morning. Once we asked the signage for the frontdoor it was fine...
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The food was very good and staff very helpful They put on a free bus to take you to the beach
Cons: Not much to do at night, mostly children’s activities at night
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Amenities were very good. Pool area very nice. Staff helpfull, friendly, service very fast and good. Food selection good. Remarkable animation, huge effort and profesional
Cons: Rooms are 3 stars like, but regarding Greece standards they are ok.
7.1 Good
Pros: -Food was very good and restaurant was nicely decorated -Rooms were clean -Bus transfer to the beach worked perfectly -Water slides were fun
Cons: -Sometimes restaurant was crowded -Rooms were quit simply decorated and we would prefer room that would even have had a bed side lamp -Beds were uncomfortable -We would have hoped a little more activities at the hotel area -There was car roads going thru the hotel area. That was pretty difficult with little children
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had again a great stay. Super pool with waterpark. Great food, clean rooms and god animation team with actvities for kids. We Will come back for sure.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Our second time here. Comfortable rooms, a great selection of food. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Animation staff worked very hard to entertain. Hotel was quiet at the end of season but has a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Boys had a great time on the slides. 10 minute walk into Faliraki town and beach..
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything but the beds
Cons: The beds are bad
8.8 Excellent
Pros: -room big enough, with balcony, minibar,tv -very good all-inclusive food, coffee, tea, beer -many pools, with free sunbeds and umbrellas, even towels for free -buffet near the pools, with food and drinks -the beach is excellent, sandy beach with very clear, still water -animation every evening
Cons: -fruits:not so many kind: no melon, water melon, only apples, pears, pieces of oranges -shuttle free to the beach, only 9:45, 10 ,10:15 ,13:30 and from the beach 12:45, 13 ,13:15,17:10 -2 sunbed and umbrellas at the beach are 10 euro/day i(t looks like they want people to stay by the pool)
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Aquapark (with 9 lines) is really great. I think, this is the biggest hotel pool at the island. Food is really great (except plate cleaning).
Cons: Looks like this hotel is real representation, why Thomas Cook was collapsed. Just day-by-day: Day 1: we arrived. Hotel does not have towels pool enough, so we were without them. We found, that our bath had very interesting construction: water is leaking from it to the rest room. After our complain, the clog would cleared. Next we notices, that there were loud music in hotel (also: there are not any soundproofing in rooms, this is just marketing word, nothing more) after 23:00, however the quiet hours were from 22:00. At the restaurant we found, that plates were with soap spots. Day 2: we found the interesting fact, that you could not fill your bottle in the bar. Hotel suggests you "just buy 0.33 water at vending machine for just 3 eur". Our advice: go to the nearest shop before your intra-Rhodes trip. At morning cleaner entered into our room (without knocking on the door). She just opened it by using key, nothing more! We were really frightened there. Also, there were not "Don't disturb" sings in the rooms. You could go to reception and get one for yourself. If you were lucky (we were are at two times from three attemps) you would be able to have it. Day 3: we found, that WiFi is so slow, that I could not hear conference (without video, just voice). Looks like periodically WiFi router just drops all active connections. Day 4: we found, that "no pets" rules is not for all hotel visitors. We saw, that some of them were walking with small dogs at the hotel territory. Day 5: as we understood tonight, loud music at Saturday could be up to 01:00AM (to be honest, I'm not sure, that it was hotel party. However, this was one more fact of missing soundproofing). Day 6: at that night we found first cockroach at the bathroom. Also we saw a lot of ants near the soup bowls. If you are looking to the clean hotel - please ignore this one. Day 7: we complained of insect, hotel promised to work with this at that day.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: It's not a hotel, it's a whole village. They have 5 (!) pools and a private water park. Staff were VERY nice and attentive. Rooms are clean and spacey. The entertainment crew were FABULOUS! They are very professional at what they do, very communicative and gave us all a pleasant time. Thanks Filip, Michaela and Manga! One word about the Greeks: WONDERFUL! They are hospitable and warm and welcoming.,patient and very polite. Just see how they treat their cats, all fat and happy...
Cons: Mattresses are extremely uncomfortable.
Ano Kampos Hotel & Studios - Faliraki
2
8.2 Excellent (259 reviews)
Overview Reviews
When you stay at Ano Kampos Hotel & Studios in Rhodes, you'll be near the beach, within a 5-minute drive of Anthony Quinn Bay and Faliraki Beach. Featured amenities include luggage storage and laundry facilities. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel has a very nice bar zone with a nice design created with palm trees, olive trees, tables which are available. Also, they have a big pool which is quite clean with sunbeds available free of charge. The rooms have hairdryer, functioning AC and also a fridge which is really helpful during the heat waves. Also, the rooms were cleaned quite often. The staff was kind enough, we requested a room change for a double bed room and the manager was really nice and helped us out. So I suggest that if you are there and have a problem try to talk with the manager, we usually found him in the mornings near the reception. The food in the restaurant is average priced, we only tryed the gyros which was quite good. Same goes for drinks, the prices are just like in any restaurant in the faliraki zone. The stuff usually offered us peanuts or chips everytime we bought some beer or wine.
Cons: The rooms are a bit old, there is need for some improvements. The furniture is oldish, the twin beds that we had were quite uncomfortable. The power outlets are few and not placed near the bed which can be frustrating while using a laptop. The included breakfast is quite poor, I know that it's supposed to be low cost but I think there is possible to have a bit of variation, and maybe try to add some local products like feta cheese, vegetables, local fruits, also the coffee isn't grate, the water provided could be cold especially for the hot mornings. The position of the hotel is nice and a bit frustrating in the same time. It offers a beautiful view of the mountains and also the city lights at night, but it's around 30 min walk to Faliraki where most of the restaurants are. If you decide to rent a car than everything is grate since the parking is free at the hotel. Also, there are 2 nice beaches closer to the hotel (10 min walk) which are grate for snorkeling (Ladiko beach, Anthony Queen bay). We seen some signs for public transport, but it seemed that the last round from Faliraki was quite early, and we ended up walking back at midnight.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: That this is a family run business and you can see how grandparents, parents and kids of a local Rhodes family work to make this hotel work. The location is absolutely brilliant: overlooking the southern coastline, overlooking the olive tree plants and mountains, and it is a 10 min walk from (in our view) best two bays of Rhodes - So so beautiful with crystal clear water and a lovely cafe in the bay, options to go snorkeling or diving or to rent a boat. Plus the very close old monastery Amos on the “house mountain” behind the hotel gives the most breathtaking 360 degree view of the island looking north over Faliraki and south towards the southern coastline. It is very quiet in this hotel with no neighboring hotels at all , although you can be on the other side of the hill in busy and entertaining Faliraki with hundreds of cafes ,shops and restaurants in no time (15 min on foot,3 min by car). You have everything - quiet and calm and option to go out to literally May entertainment you want in Faliraki . Because Rhodes-Town is only 20-25 min by car, too,it’s the perfect hotel to explore the ancient amazing history of this island. We have been here three times now and I can honestly say that it is the best place to stay on Rhodes. This is not your 5 star hotel facility-wise, in fact ,the bathrooms are a little dated (so don’t come here if you want 5 stars for a 2 star price) but this does not matter when you are welcomed like an old friend when you come back. By the way - the breakfast buffet by the pool - how cool is that! And you’re swimming in the pool while overlooking the hot mountains of Rhodes or are looking down to the coast while swimming . We are travelling lots ,but this is one of the very few places we come back regularly: because of the perfect location ,the nice and big pool ,the weekly BBQ offered by the Greek family, the amazing evening bar that the family built in addition to the restaurant that is there anyway.
Cons: Nothing. All great. We will come back next year!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Amazing views!
Cons: Uncomfortable beds
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The outdoor pool area and bar
Cons: Nothing, I got exactly what I paid for.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Not that many options at the breakfast, but everything was nice! The staff was very polite, definitely coming back!
Cons: The TV wasn't working and the shower was quite small.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a family run hotel in a great location with great view over the excellent pool. It’s a short walk to a couple of great bays for swimming and snorkeling, about 20/ 30 mins by bus to Rhodes old town. The host Peter and his whole family made this a very memorable stay for us.
Cons: Not much to dislike
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff!!!
Cons: Nothing. All great!

Pros: Service
Cons: Old beds

Calypso Beach Hotel - Faliraki - Pool
4
9.0 Excellent (1,217 reviews)
Overview Reviews
Nestled on the beach, this Rhodes property is within 2 mi (3 km) of Faliraki Beach, Water Park Faliraki, and Kallithea Beach. Anthony Quinn Bay and Kallithea Springs are also within 3 mi (5 km).
7.1 Good
Pros: Nice hotel territory. The real all inclusive: food and drinks available for the whole day, no bracelets or cards required. Grate variety of drinks and cocktails in the bars. Tasty pan cakes in the beach bar Pretty good animation team.
Cons: Food quality in the restaurant was unstable: varied from great to basic. Sea food party was superb! WiFi was Ok, but didn't work at the beach. Don't be fooled with "garden view" term. In fact it means "road facing", and it's rather busy. We were not able to sleep with open window. Noisy and not very efficient air conditioner. Bathroom is really tight, the door bumps into toilet bowl. Outdated hairdryer. Old fashioned safe with huge key.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The “Calypso Beach” is a modern, very pleasant hotel at the beach of Faliraki with beautiful, lush gardens (the pictures do not do the hotel-surroundings justice), my room was elegantly furnished and had a wonderful view; the room and all the facilities are spotless clean, the WLAN and the air condition are top; + the food is excellent; but what made my stay most memorable was the friendliness and care I experienced. Thank you!
Cons: nothing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception desk. I very much enjoyed the food, especially the abundance of various types of dessert and fruit. Excellent beach and crystal clear water in the sea that made swimming in it a great pleasure.
Cons: My room was on the side facing the motor road, so it was not too quiet, but was ok if windows were kept closed. This being an island, there is no promenade along the sea shore, so people have to do all the walking on the pavement of the fairly busy car road.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: when arriving at the hotel, the reception staff were so so accomadating nothing to much trouble . the restraunt staff were all excellant the matre d NIKOS was ready to seat us 5 each sitting on our own table. its little things like this that makes this hotel one of the best in RHODES and the best i have stayed at in RHODES.
Cons: we were only there for a wk and it was all good.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed the food and drinks. Pool and other facilities were very good.
Cons: There was no bottle of water or soft drinks in the room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent hotel, beach, staff, and food! Beautiful sea!
Cons: There is only one disadvantage - smoking people everywhere :( Before we chose that hotel I found out from booking.com General description - "Smoke-free property"

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel. Very nice staff. Great location. Very nice big rooms. Nice spa. Many swimming pools.
7.9 Good
Pros: Delicious food in the restaurant. Sloping entrance to the sea, clean beach
Cons: We didn't like the fact that several times we were denied a warm juice at the restaurant (most often by a Vaso waitress) (the baby had a sore throat). They had to contact the manager. We still didn't like the fact that the hotel has no relaxation area for the elderly who want peace of mind))) We were not comfortable because we were asked to close our children 's mouth because it prevented them from laughing.
7.5 Good
Pros: Loved the private pool.
Cons: Air conditioning was below what I would have expected. Not enough choice for children at evening dinner.
6.7 Good
Pros: Facilities are great, location and beach is very good
Cons: Breakfast was terrible, the same food over and over again, we even found a moth in the food.
7.5 Good
Pros: Good breakfast, very nice staff in the breakfast restaurant. Inside of the room was clean. Nice pools, not too crowded. The entire hotel didn't feel too crowded which is great. And during the day it was rather quiet (until the night). Good location, near some nice restaurants (walking distance).
Cons: Very noisy - we were traveling with a baby, and requested a quiet room. Every night there was loud music (show or wedding) and fireworks around the pool until 11-11:30pm. Could hear anything in the room. Also any noise from hallway and outside of the room. The balcony was infested with ants. The manager did say he's sorry but it's still unfortunate. When AC on it's too cold during the night (and when it's off it was too hot). Seems like the AC control (temperature) didn't change anything. Pool towels - need to go and take pool towels from spa (depositing a card) on the first day, and keeping them, and then come back once a day to replace them - that's quite a hassle and really inconvenient.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very polite and helpfull staff, we asked for harder mattress due to back oriblems and the staff found fast solution to harden the mattress (added hard layer on top). All areas are super clean and rge pools areas are very nice and quiet. Direct access to the beach and fast and reliable free wifi in all hotel areas.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is very close to the sea with a wonderful beach. The stuff is very friendly. I got a great masaage at the spa. Lazy river is a nice experience.
Cons: I didn’t like the breakfast (the only food we ate at the hotel). The quality of food was pretty low but not only in the hotel. In most restaurants in Faliraki. Only Rattan restaurant recommended.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent facilities and very well presented in a good location.
Cons: The lifts are small and slow so during busy check in or check out periods you have to wait for the lift to free up.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The morning breakfast was the best buffet ever.
Cons: The bathrooms in the rooms should be checked as you can hear conversations in the room next door in there. Would be nice to heat one of the pools.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I couldn't help, but giving all assessments maximum vote, except the "value for money", which is still very good considering the amount of services however, but of course not exactly "cheap". Clean, spacious, beds very comfortable, wifi works, very nice and smiling staff. These are things that were just very good, and for which is worth to stay here. But on top there were some extras simply astonishing and that made the real value of a perfect holiday! Among those: the sea view (amazing!), the swimming pools with the lazy river (fantastic!), the buffet breakfast (wow!), the fact that room's door to front-sea sun beds is 5 minutes (wonderful!), just a very comfortable and easy going beach, that makes you not to need to trip around the island to find anything better (but maybe you still want to see something different, of course), the sound of the sea waves you can hear from your room at night (a fairy tale!). Note for those coming on shoulder season (late October): temperature are still warm, for me even better. Not extremely hot during the day, still possible to swim in the sea. Just perfect! I could sleep without air conditioning at night. We were told November is also similar.
Cons: Parking place is very limited. However most of the guests didn't came by car, so we almost always found a place for ours. Shower lacks nothing, but curtains. It's a tub with a short wall, if you don't stick to it it's easy to mess the rest of the bathroom. Small imperfection: they repaired something on the inner walls (which is perfectly normal), but forgot to repaint, so you can spot those plaster marks around. Just perhaps you won't expect that from a 4 stars hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely clean hotel on the beach with plenty of chairs to relax on. lazy river to enjoy there too. Very tasty food, huge choice of dishes. Clean beach, pleasant sea, a bit rough bottom at the beginning, but we got used to it in a couple of days. Ideal place for a relaxing beach holiday in October.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: View from the room is amazing. I liked location of the hotel, own beach (clean and quiet) Each room has it's own balcony, separated from others. I felt safe and could leave the balcony door open for the night.
Cons: Some waiters in the restaurant. In my room I could hear music from both the beach bar and restaurant. Since the played music was different it mixed up and sounded like noise. Though approximately after 22:30 it was switched off and then it was quiet.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: a wonderful setting lovely hotel with a professional and friendly staff. nice food and everything you could desire
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great facilities on the beach and well appointed rooms.
Cons: An observation would be the lifts, only two for a large hotel on 8 floors, both small and relatively slow, so come breakfast and check out time very busy.

Cons: Nothing
6.7 Good
Pros: The hotel was located on small hill, away from busy streets. We never had problem with parking, and it was just few minutes more away from centre. Room was nice and clean.
Cons: There was a horrible wind noise in our room. We couldnt sleep well because of it. We ended up stuffing the gap above the door with our towels and it helped a little bit. The shower is without any barrier or curtain, so after shower the watter is everywhere. Breakfast were very simple.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Staff are so so friendly, welcoming & happy to help with anything Location is perfect Quiet (close enough to Faliraki but far enough to not hear the hustle and bustle) WiFi is great Pool bar is cheap and lovely food
Cons: Pool area could use an update but for the price it’s fantastic
7.1 Good
Pros: The pool are and the location!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, nice breakfast. Great sea and mountain views from the balcony as the hotel is on a hill. Close enough to the beach and shops/restaurants. If you don’t expect 5* facilities then this hotel will satisfy you.
Cons: Nothing. We liked everything. Simple hotel, but has everything you need.
10.0 Excellent

Cons: Cannot fault the hotel and staff, very friendly, and very helpful at all times day or night. Thankyou for enjoyable stay.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very good location, big and nice pool, nice rooms
Cons: We had some problem with the room at our arrival but it got sorted very fast by the staff
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is a little dated and could do with the bathrooms upgrading but we didn't come for the bathroom. It'st exceptionally clean and the staff are so welcoming. It's a small walk to the beach but not unpleasant. The hotel bar and restaurant serve lovely food at small prices..a must!We nearly didn't stay here as the reviews were mixed and looking on Google maps it seems that it's a way from everything. It is a walk to beach..about 25 minutes and about 15 to nearest pub but it's not complicated to get there. The rooms are clean and towels and sheets were changed daily. The pool is lovely and is set in a tree lined garden. The bar has a large TV showing anything requested, BBC, football in any language. The staff will help any way they can there is a supermarket down the road called ASDA which is nothing to do with the English one, but we checked the prices and the items are sometimes cheaper in the shop at the hotel though it is a bit limited. I suggest rather than walk in the sun with a six pack of bottled water buy it cold from the hotel it's cheaper and you don't have to carry it. We booked through booking.com and air conditioning was included but I suspect that there is a charge otherwise...about the area - There is a Greek night on a Friday night at brusko bar just off the same road (we missed this) and on Saturday night at the harbour at the closest end to the hotel called lido beach bar at the rear of the lido star apartment block which is fantastic value and wonderful food and a great Greek night with dancing and plate throwing. We hired a car from reception for 2 days and toured the whole island for £65 plus fuel. Anthony Quinn bay is a 20 minutes walk away.
Cons: The hotel rooms are a little dated.
7.9 Good
Pros: The pool area it is amazing, it is really good they take of it. It's really good located from Anthony Quinn beach and Ladiko. It's not the nicest hotel in the island for sure but is really economic, if they take care a bit more about the rooms will be a wonderful stay. There is a nice bar to have dinner and some drinks near the pool and the staff in the bar is really nice.
Cons: The room it is really old specially the furniture and mattress, and also the bathroom, there are no curtains so all the floor was wet when doing shower. Even thought the overall it is good, we were there just for 2 days to visit the beaches nearby, has everything we need shower, bed and parking and the pool is a plus !
9.2 Excellent
Pros: not included in our price and once we took was very poor
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was lovely and the people so pleasant and nice
Cons: Had no problemsat all loved our holiday
7.0 Good
Pros: Great value for money. Super-friendly staff. Very green area, very good swimming pool. Rooms were cleaned and towels/sheets changed daily. Buses stop right in front of the hotel. Hotel guests seemed to be very nice and quiet people, it wasn’t noisy. Lots of cure cats and kitten, if you like cats.
Cons: Bed was very uncomfortable but this is obvious for this money. When a neighbour was smoking on a balcony, the smoke came into our room even with balcony doors closed. Sound isolation is not the best. Location is a bit far away from the center, but if you like to walk then Faliraki centre and Anthony Quinn’s beach are in a walkable distance (30minutes).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were wonderful. The room was spotless and received clean towels daily. Pool was big and perfect temp.
Cons: Everything was perfect

8.8 Excellent
Pros: New hotel rooms are gorgeous, clean and really modern. Food is what you would expect for the money you pay but abit more variety would be nice - Greek night food was amazing though, the food was beautiful!
Cons: Abit annoying that you can’t have spirits during the day and there is only wine or beer to choose from
6.3 Good
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Smoke, bed supplement, no much clean and children used for work. You must go and buy yourself for cash money in the reception. Wifi is not working. All supplement accept water are not fresh. New opened Hotel NEED a lot of support. It is nice place but No one 3* Hotel at all.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Get a private pool !!!! Amazing !! Perfect view and location . We arrived early and where aloud to check in receptionist was so polite and professional . When you book all inclusive don't expect 3 course exceptional dinner and wine , you get what you pay for ... What was out each day was more than adequate ... So fresh !! The beer and wine is what you expect in an all inclusive resort . A brilliant stay thank you very much . Would deffinatly book again but for longer !
Cons: Smoking in the resturant area I found very odd for 2019!! Couldn't taste anything but smoke sometimes a real shame as the view , food and staff all great! Get a smoking area !!!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, great value for money. good food. Nice room. I complained about the noise of the fountain and the staff did everything they could to help. Car rental at the hotel is excellent. Anyway it was a great stay.
Cons: The hotel is divided into two complexes There was a fountain in our complex that made noise until the midnight. If you are staying, ask to be at the pool complex.
4.6 Okay
Pros: The hotel was pretty. I liked that they had supermarkets open 24/7 at the hotel. The staff were kind except when we asked for another key they wouldn’t give it to us and said that they did not do that. The hotel room got suuuper hot when you had been out for a day and came back. The drinks from the bar were really good for being all inclusive. Breakfast was pretty good. Nice with free transfer too and from the beach!
Cons: The food was horrible, although they had many options they didn’t really have much meat or chicken. It was mostly vegetables which I usually don’t mind but I didn’t think they tasted that good either. We had to stick with sloppy french fries, but we mostly went out to eat in the town instead. The hotel was quite far away from other stores or restaurants so we had to take a taxi almost everywhere. The beds were like sleeping on a tent bed and didn’t have real blankets.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: lovely clean well run hotel staff very friendly food lovely could not have stayed in a better place had a lovely holiday would recommend it and will definitely come back
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hotel
Cons: Evening entertainment / animation team could be a really good addition
7.1 Good
Pros: Rooms were very comfortable and clean. The lunch and dinner menu was good enough for the price of the stay.
Cons: The breakfast wasn’t great if you like eggs in the morning. Scrambled eggs were terrible but hard boiled eggs were ok. Otherwise the breakfast had a good range for continental style. No butter only margarine available which was disappointing.

7.9 Good
Pros: Location is near noisy street - greek highway but more important was for us was close to the Anthony beach and Ladiko Beach and Faliraki Beach. Faliraki about 1,5 km and Anthony beach about 2,5 km you can go on your foot without any problems. 2 km to mountain where is Astronomy Cafe and you have beautiful view on the Anthony beach. To the city center is close about 20 minutes on your foot. In hotel is great restaurant, very good tasty food and big portions! very low price in compared to the restaurants in the city. The swimming pool is good very clean everyday with many sunbeds. The hotel is modest but very clean. There is very good atmosphere and nice people, not noisy. If you want to rest it is good place. Not for a party :)
Cons: I have mixed feelings about the room. The room was with the kitchen. But the equipment of the kitchen was very poor.... only 1 glass, 1 cup, 1 spoon, 0 shot, etc... The room was for 2 persons so we never could eat normal breakfast or drink together wine on the balcony. The fridge started to freeze after 3 days of working. The bed was hard as a rock. It wasn't comfortable I had big problems with sleeping. And the bathroom - very very small shower. Only shower-bath and the curtain. Shower handle you must keep all the time in your hand. The bathroom after every shower was full of water. But there was good things about room too. The space was ok, quite big. Table and chairs inside and on the balcony, dressing table with chair, 2 bedside tables, big wardrobe. It was nice view on the swimming pool and mountain and little piece of sea from on the balcony. We had not the condition but we don't need it September . there was good big curtain.

Overview Reviews
Located in Rhodes, this beachfront hotel is connected to the convention center and within a 15-minute walk of Water Park Faliraki and Kallithea Beach. Kallithea Springs is 2 mi (3.3 km) away.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We visited the hotel with our two kids (5,2). The hotel has a little water park - the kids loved it The food was very good and the pool is fantastic VERY RECOMMENDED
Cons: The WiFi in our room was very poor
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great place to visit with children. Could not hope for better. Was here with a 2 year old boy, I couldn't imagine he will love that much (2 pools for kids, 2 pools for adults/kids, lots of arcade games for children - not free, 1 EUR/ride, a very friendly environment for kids, food very well adapted to kids - a lot to chose from, special programs for kids every day etc). I found the food not bad at all for an all inclusive resort - a lot of choices and tasty ones! Parking available all the time, never full. Room cleaned every day, maids responsives to special requests. Beach as well right next to the swimming pools with free sunbeds (we prefered the pools, sand is not perfect on the beach). Got a free baby crib on demand.
Cons: Air conditioning in our room was more like a ventilation, not really cold air comming (or not powerfull enough). I didn't like the idea of the photographer making photos in the lobby to guests, exposing them the next day and asking you for 30 EUR for 5 photos afterwards. We were not obliged to buy them, but as a client we were put in a unconfortable position that is not proper to the idea of this perfect hotel. I would highly recommend to lose this procedure (make it free for 1 photo or lose it at all). In 2019 when everybody has phones that do perfect photo, 30 euros for some photos in the lobby of a hotel is not really something to pay for.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Mr. Tharennos, the General Manager (apologies if I’ve spelled the name wrong), was exceptionally professional, understanding & efficient at solving any problems. Mr. Demos, the Reservations Manager is an excellent at his job, puts the guests first, and has time for all questions. It is their leadership that makes this family resort an exceptional vacation location! The food is great, the resort is right on the beach, staff are very friendly, 5 minutes walk to the Water Park, car /bike rental next door.... marvelous!
Cons: Small things - flavored crushed ice drinks (slush), popcorn and candy floss, should be available at all areas where drinks are served, not only at Tutti Frutti.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Kids club perfect. Slid water park very easy for children
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Food, amazing, facilities amazing Animation teal awesome, beach awesome. Drinks by the pools awesome
Cons: Would have been cool if more people spoke English as we were are English speaking Aussie's, staff did but other holiday makers from overseas.

Pros: I really enjoyed staying in Rhodes. Also becouse we chose this beautiful family hotel with a kind owner, Nikos, who always willingly advised and helped, so we could fully enjoy the stay and visit the beutiful places, some even without tourists. Being a lover of good (and healthy) food, I really enjoyed his great breakfest. Fresh juicy sweet local fruits and vegetables, the best greek yogurt from a local small farm, various homemade marmelades, pastries, delicious omelettes or fried eggs. Or also great cakes from his mother. After each trip a clean tidy room awaited us and we could sleep peacefully like babies. So, thank you, Nikos, for a wonderfull vacation and see you next time!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great hosts! Really helpful and friendly!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very nice apartment. I would have liked a larger apartment if I was staying for 2 weeks but adequate if you are only staying a few nights. Cleaned every day and fresh towels supplied too. Close to centre but far enough away for a peaceful nights sleep. Large comfortable bed. Lovely big balcony too.
Cons: The storage space was limited.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very helpful oweners & very good breakfast!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is located in a quiet area, and a 10-minute walk from the beach and the center. The apartment is very clean, has a well-equipped kitchenette and bathroom, the towels are changed daily. The beds are comfortable, too. The owners are extremely kind and were very helpful with the late check-in and check-out. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a bottle of wine and mineral water. I definitely recommend this accommodation. Thank you very much, Nikos and your family.
Cons: Nothing negative.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nikos and his family are the kind of host you want to take care of you on your holiday. Very friendly, forthcoming, always smiling. Room was clean and big enough for 3 guests. Beds comfortable, not so easy to find nowadays. Well equipped kitchinette. A big plus for the A/C unit, very quiet at night. Daily cleaning. There is a convenience store (minimarket) at the property with fairly good prices. Faliraki public beach is about 10 minutes lazy walk away from the property, the food- and shopstrip even closer (5 minutes). We did not have breakfast at the property, so this is the only thing we can't rate. Maybe next time... Overall a very pleasant experience. Many thanks to you and your family, Nikos!
Cons: There is nothing to dislike.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Everything was excellent! Clean and comfortable room. Double bed - two single beds connected together, but comfortable for sleeping. Small kitchen with electric stove, medium fridge, plates, cups, glasses. TV (was not used at all). Excellent balcony with table and two chairs. Room was cleaned every day and towels changed. Under the apartment there is medium size supermarket (shop) and bar. Free parking inside and outside of apartments.
Cons: Everything was good! Only location is not perfect - from beach 10-12 minutes of walking (about 1 km). To centre of day and night life (clubs and best restaurants) in about 1-1.5 km. No seaview. No pool.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast and very welcoming and helpful staff.

Pros: I’ve never seen in my life like these beautiful people in together. Anna (the owner), his husband, Efi, the other nice ladies were so friendly and kind. They make us feel at home. They made a surprise, they put flowers, wine, candles to our room for our honeymoon. They made a birthday cake and celebration for my husband. It was so lovely. We rent the motorbike for 4 days so our transportations were free. Faliraki is the best location to stay in Rhodes. Anelia is close to the popular beaches, restaurants, bars. Its breakfast was also good. The rooms were so clean. We were really lucky guys to meet you. If one day we come to Rhodes, we will certainly stay in Anelia. Thanks for everything. We wont forget you, Love you, best ❤️

They went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The room was very clean and all our needs were catered for without hesitation. Very close to the beach. Can’t wait until we visit again.

Pros: I liked our room,we were upgraded to the newly refurbished Dahlia studio free of charge. The property is just a few meters from the beach. We had our room cleaned and towels changed every day.Breakfast was the best I've had in any hotel and we had a greek evening and a bbq evening with a free meal wednesday and saturday. These events felt like family functions that hotel guests were invited to and they were very entertaining. We will go back soon! We forgot to buy and stock up on the home made marmalade. We are missing that already since we got back.At the end of our trip it felt like we were saying bye to our new greek family.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our 2 bed apartment was very big , spacious rooms and very clean . The towels were changed every day . Very delicious breakfast and the staff surprised us every morning with different deserts. The property is only one minute walk to the beach and very close to the centre and all the restaurants. Every Wednesday and Saturday we had a party at the property where Ana , a very hospitable person offered to everyone the dinner and drinks and she teached us how to dance Greek . We really enjoyed staying here and we’d like to say a big Thank you to Ana and her wonderful staff because they made us feel like at home. And definitely we will come back here .

Great breakfast included and in room kitchenette for late light suppers on the private balcony.. Hope to return sometime in the future!

Overview Reviews
Nestled on the beach, this Rhodes property is within 3 mi (5 km) of Faliraki Beach, Anthony Quinn Bay, and Water Park Faliraki. Kallithea Beach is 2.6 mi (4.2 km) away.
5.8 Okay
Cons: My partner was turned away from the dinning room for wearing flip flops but there wasn’t any sign saying about footwear before we went or the whole time we were there
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We spent a week AI at Mitsis Faliraki Beach and Spa Hotel during June 2019 and have to say that our experience was very good overall. Food, Entertainment and Cleaning were of the highest standard. Georgios who works within the main restaurant (greeting you and showing you to your table) and occasionally on the a la-carte themed restaurants made our stay most enjoyable. He's the most welcoming and accommodating member of staff the hotel has. He deserves to be at least the restaurant manager if not even for the whole of the hotel. Nothing is to much trouble for him and he will go out of his way to make sure you have a memorable holiday. The hotel is child and adult friendly alike and has various daily activities to keep them and you entertained. To clarify a few questions people have asked:- 1) Sundbeds & Umbrella's are provided FREE by the hotel on the beach. 2) There is free WiFi in the hotel and rooms. If you want a faster connection a paid option is available.
Cons: The only aspect of our holiday that we disliked was that the pool/sea loungers could have had a top mattress to make them a little more comfortable. Also our bed was a little hard however as we didn't raise this with the hotel we can't really complain. Checking on the day; the cost of the room we had purchased, we noticed that the price had dropped by 250 Euros for the week.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The crew was so friendly especiall Mr.Stergos from Quest Relation was perfect and helpfull.
7.9 Good
Cons: One of the reasons we chose this resort was its selection of restaurants. Unfortunately upon arriving at the hotel we weren’t given any sort of introduction or orientation (they just gave us the keys to our room and sent us on our way), so we only realized we had to book a table in advance when it was too late and all restaurants were completely booked for the remainder of our stay. We did end up having a great vacation, but missing out on things just because we weren’t given some basic information wasn’t what we were expecting of a 5 star hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent hotel. Special mentions need to go to Maria and Christos on reception and of course Stergos, who made our stay fantastic!! Highly recommended and will return!
Cons: The fact that booking.com messed our booking up and we had to pay extra to get the room we required. May I state that this was NOT the hotels fault at all and they were more than happy to help and moved us the family complex!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is set up for a perfect family holiday. The staff were so friendly and the animation team, particularly Wayne, kept adults and kids entertained all week. The food is superb and the a la carte restaurants were fantastic. The beach was clean and swimming pools excellent.
Cons: Can’t fault anything
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very clean kitchen, bar, activity great, food was very good as well, nice people, kitchen are open at night and you can serve all the time..
Cons: BED not comfortable, blanked not really clean as hotel itself, wifi very very poor in room, and also for a la cart restaurant they give you appointment at 9, and at the end they tell you we do not have desert because kitchen has been closed( so why do you give reservation at 9 and why do not you prepared our desert therefor you ask us at beginning for desert,IT HAPPENED IN ALL 2 RESTAURANTS

Pros: The hotel is nicely located, at the sandy beach and near the center of the town, so it was easy to reach cafes around if wished. Helpful personnel - we've got a room upgrade for free (great view directly to the sea!) and all questions and requests were dealt in a nice and quick way. Tasty food, we had half board and there was always something to choose from.
Cons: Nothing really serious to complain about. During the week of stay, there was a couple of evenings with music played by the bar outside. Since we were with a small baby, we would prefer less noise after 10pm.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location in faliraki
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Service, food, swimningpools
Cons: Please do something about the distribution of the towels for swimming!!!
6.7 Good
Pros: 1. The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was in the heart of Faliraki close to many bars, restaurants, etc. 2. The beach was amazing, it was all sandy and the water was crystal clear.
Cons: 1. The hotel needs renovation. The rooms, especially bathrooms are old. 2. The quality of the food was below average. 3. There was a very strange smell in the corridors

4.0 Okay
Pros: The location of the hotel is very good. The beach is very nice.
Cons: I lived on the 1st floor. Plumbing needs repair. There is no ventilation in the shower, all the time there is damp. The floor in the shower is not designed correctly, all the time there is a puddle on the floor. Mosquito nets are torn, mosquito repellent is not provided. There is a TV, but only 8 programs work, all of them are in Greek. Hygiene products (soap, toilet paper) provide a limited amount, you need to buy yourself. There are no Wi-Fi points in the room, the Internet connection only works near the bar.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location directly at the best beach in Faliraki. Nice and clean rooms, friendly stuff. Thank you!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly host&wife!!
5.8 Okay
Pros: Great location on the beach and a stones throw away from the centre where restaurants and bars are. Very good owners who were helpful
Cons: Awful beds that miss a proper bed mattress Shampoo/shower gel/ coffee only provided on first day Next to zero amenities in room despite booking.com listing a long range of things such as hairdryer, WiFi, phone etc etc, none of which existed Unclear check in with reception never open, had to be directed by other guests to go to the beach bar to check in Pre-booked and confirmed by hotel airport pick up never showed up
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location is excellent. If you are looking for an accomodation at the seaside, this is the place to be! This is a family owned place, they were very nice with us and made us feel at home. This is what we were looking for, the purpose of our trip was a family reunion.
Cons: We stayed at the beginning of the season and not everything was fully operational. Nevertheless Stefanos made his best to solve all issues as quick as possible. We booked a flat with 4 beds. We thought that it would fit for 4 adults, but it was mainly for a couple and 2 kids. Stefanos was very kind to give us an additional room free of charge. This was really appreciated!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The location is beautiful, the staff were super friendly, and almost everything.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Stefanos and family took all the effort to make our stay comfortable. We had special diet requirements, which they tried to fulfill to the best extent every morning for breakfast. The location is fantastic and you cannot expect it to get any better. It is on the beach and very convenient to go straight from your room to the beach. It was great to be away from the noise of Falikari, yet not too far if you want to be there in the evenings for dinner etc. We saw mostly family guests, which was good and no noisy guests when we were there. The beach itself is also nice and kids loved it. Overall we had a wonderful stay!
Cons: Kitchenette is very basic, though we did not cook anything there. Folks who would sleep in the living room area have to rely on the AC from the bedroom. Some water clogging in the bathroom, which Stefanos fixed when we mentioned to him. Nothing too big to bother our stay and holiday.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Sea coast in 50 metres, clean and conditioned rooms, balcony to the sea, next to the Faliraki center, helpful staff, nice beach bar. Wi FI

Pros: Very well located. Cleen It is OK for one or two night
Cons: Old and not well maintened
7.5 Good
Pros: Location is perfect! Right in the heart of it without the noise (except for the deafening cicadas) The room was OK, pretty spacious, it didn't quite look like the pictures though and we didn't have an oven. Air con included in price was a godsend. Use of Antonios bars swimming pool a short walk away
Cons: Nobody EVER on reception (so called reception is a tiny room that looks more like a storage room) when we needed to speak to someone we had to call or text reception number! Maid came every day t clean but we didn't get our bedding changed at all in 6 days. No pool.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great location, everything is near!
6.3 Good
Cons: The rooms on the ground floor are 60 cm below ground level and are in poor condition. The bathroom floor is 15 cm above the living area. This is just dangerous. There is no electrical outlet in the bathroom. WiFi is terrible.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Big balcony with chance to close from the oppsosite house neigbours with a closing curtain.
Cons: Roomseevice. I wasn't expecting roomservice. Also Onetime a tender took all blankets away and I had to sleep with a towel. I would have preferred that roomservice was every day and they had doorsigns where is a sign to show if to come.cleaning or not. At first days they visited every day room and took everything away but later the bags filled. I'd preferred to clean my room myself or choose when they come.

Pros: Easy to find the Studios
Cons: Anything
