Still getting used to rooms not getting cleaned everyday. Would be nice to at least get towels & coffee replenished.The dispensers in the bathroom were also empty

Pros (+) The staff was very nice and friendly, the hotel was inviting. The pool was enjoyable, they have a pool table, laundry facility (which was very convenient). They had great breakfast in the morning. The hotel met all my families needs during our stay their.
Cons (-) We wish the pool was open later and there was smuts under the mattress of the pull out couch. Which was an easy fix, with a quick wipe down.

Door handle had white thick fluid on it ( I hope it wasn't bodily fluids), sofa bed had popcorn kernels all inside of it, stains on the mattresses of the sofa bed and sofa cushions, carpet also had stains. Poor housekeeping and vents for heat and A/C were covered in dust!!! I felt sick! Complained to the front desk and was offered a discounted price and an upgraded room. Went t...
