The service at the counter both when we picked up and dropped off for excellent the car was very good on gas we only really used a quarter tank the only thing was there were some empty water bottles we found underneath the seats that rolled into the back but other than that the car was perfect the service was excellent it served its purpose

Absolutely nothing was good, everything was a nightmare.

Cons:

Everything. The personal mocks the client with requirements get from nowhere, with abusive prices, and a bad service, and makes you waste time to find out better options. The worst car rental ever. Also, the employees were extremely racist with us, and they showed a clear bias due to our ethnicity, awful as hell. My travel were in Laredo, TX. Please, Avis, fire those employees, their service were awful, and there's no way Avis can change my opinion, I will never going to rent a car with you again.

They refused to give us the car despite the reservation. Their explanation made no sense. They said we needed to prove we stayed in Laredo with a hotel reservation or provide an address. They’re terrible and those last minute made up policies should be specified in the website before allowing us to make the reservation. People were not friendly, they hace no costumer service skills, including their manager! Worst experience ever.

DROP OFF SUPER EASY. PICK UP NOT AT ALL!

THE LADY WHO HELPED ME SHE RAN MY CREDIT CARD TWICE AND GOT IT DECLIND AND I HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER DAY TO GET MY CAR AND FIX A BUNCH OF ERRORS WITH MY BANK
