Pros:
The drop-off was super easy, kind of odd that there's no need to actually give back the keys to a person just deposit in a box at the airport, but maybe, then later I receive the confirmation of the car return and the invoice.
Cons:
Perhaps with the car assignment, as initially I got assigned one that I don't like it all because of the size of the car, and I asked for a sedan but wasn't available in the category that I rent, so I need to wait until the day of my reservation so they can confirm if a sedan will be available or not, but the personnel was always helpful and responsive.
The attendant was very helpful and nice. All formalities went smoothly. The handed-over car was fully functional and fueled up.

I like the availability of SIXT working hours and the easy access to the office and parking spot. I dislike that the car was only half charged despite being informed about the fully charged battery. Moreover, I paid for it.

Pros:
As there wasn't any car from the category I booked available, I got a free upgrade.
Cons:
As I got the car in the first hour in the morning, they didn't cleaned the car properly from the previous rent (that was returned out of the open hours)
I’m sure this isn’t something that these rental companies can fix, but the parking lot at Eindhoven airport is just too far to walk to and from the terminal. I wish there was a concierge service to get the car closer by especially when traveling with large luggage and children.

Pros:
We had a problem for paying with our card, so we ask abaut cancell the rent, if we will have our money back, because we already pay online. The woman said we have to talk with the plataform we use to renting, and may be they give our money back. What a surprise when we call and they said they should have to pay Alamo even we didn't take a car, and the stuff should told us...

Pick up time was 12.00 and closing the office was at the same hour. I was late 15 mins and couldn't take car fm the location I booked. I had to go to airport and get the car 3 hours later
