Pros (+) Having a confirmed reservation I was a little confused why the front desk was unable to find my reservation thus taking over an hour to check us in. They also neglected to tell me that the check out time was 9 a.m.
Cons (-) Since the front desk neglected to tell me that check out time was 9 a.m. Come 9 a.m. They were banging on the door for us to get out which also included multiple phone calls from the front desk
