It was up to the usual high standard we expect from IHG. It was easy to find and check in. Helpful staff suggested local places to eat. Very happy., perfect location for the Sphere and Strip.

The check in time is an hour later - 4pm and check out time is an hour earlier - 10am.
Pros (+) The bed was super comfortable
Cons (-) You can hear, very vividly, every single toilet flush and shower happening in the room above you.
Cons (-) They canceled our order without emailing us or any kinds of notification. We knew this after we arrive hotel, no place to stay!
Pros (+) Having a confirmed reservation I was a little confused why the front desk was unable to find my reservation thus taking over an hour to check us in. They also neglected to tell me that the check out time was 9 a.m.
